How this even has good reviews I don't know. Every. Single. Time. I have ever ordered food on the website for pick up for this location they take at a minimum an hour. The order confirmation will tell you 23-28 minutes, you get here after 30-40 minutes to wait another 20. They move so insanely slow while having 6 people waiting on orders in front of them. Without a care in the world. Then place the orders on a shelf instead of calling out whoever's ticket it is. You then have to go up and ask if that's your order. For delivery customers, read this: Do NOT order delivery from Wingstop. It doesn't matter if you use the app or the website, because it ends up going through Doordash. My order was not delivered, and they sent me a picture of my order in front of someone else's door. I was forced to drive up there and ask them to remake my food, and refund me the delivery/service fees. They handed me a drink cup for free and said they'd submit a refund request which would take 5-7 business days. They asked if I ordered through DoorDash or the Wingstop website (I used the Wingstop app), and stated Doordash has to handle the refund request anyway since it was delivery. The drink machine was out of ice, so I got fed up and upgraded my demands to a full refund. Still 5-7 business days, of course. Why is it not instant like any other fucking food place? So 10 days later, 8 business days, still no refund in my account. I drive back up and ask for a manager, there is none but the lady up front helps me, tells me the refunds go through Doordarsh and they cannot help. She stated they don't do delivery through the app/website, so I promptly cut her off and showed her a screenshot of the delivery order from my phone and told her they do offer delivery through the app, which is why I am coming to Wingstop for it. She then calls their GM to confirm, and they say it's gonna be another 5-7 business days. So the first manager on the day of the order did fucking NOTHING. I waited 10 days for NOTHING. She takes my phone number and name, says the GM will be in touch (no calls or anything from them as of 3 days later), and gives me Doordash's number advising to call and get the refund through them. I do so, and after 30 minutes of phone tag, I'm on the phone with WingStop again and a refund request is submitted, and I'm told I can expect an email in a day or two with an update. Two days later, my order was refunded. Wingstop DID process it, but Doordash played middle-man. Again, why the fuck this can't be done the day of the order is anyone's guess. I don't care if it's because it goes through DoorDash, because the system doesn't fucking work. $30 can be the difference between starving and eating for some people. Why does Wingstop do fucking nothing and make the customer wait a week for no reason, then tells them to call Doordash to get the refund? Any other place would just handle it and not inconvenience the customer further. I felt like I was robbed and I felt the management didn't care to actually help besides remaking the order. Didn't even offer to refund the delivery fees/service until I mentioned it. No apologies either. It was their fuck-up, so why should I be the one to fix it? On top of all of that, they don't ever pick their fucking phone up. I called for one order that was delivered incorrectly in the past, waited 45 minutes before getting fed up to go back to the store. The app also gives me the phone number for the delivery driver, but that was out of service. I simply had no choice but to go to the store to get things sorted each time. Should have been one fucking phone call. To add insult to injury, the lady who helped me on my 2nd visit this time had the phone ring on her during the help, and she picked it up immediately. So they DO pick up their phones, just when they feel like it. I will give her credit and say she apologized to me, even though she was in no way at fault for what happened. That's something. Bottom line, order carry-out, or hope your delivery is perfect, because their refund policy is TOTAL FUCKING GARBAGE. THEY ROB YOU, WASTE YOUR TIME, AND WON'T FUCKING HELP YOU. Simple in and out. Kind of located in an odd area with not many other food places around, though it's a busy intersection. The Combo's included fries and a soft drink, my Diet Coke was really good, The wings were not crispy, they were very rubbery and Hot original sauce was tasteless. The fries were limp not crispy. Called and spoke to store manager and he refused to give me a refund because he said what I ask for wasn't what was placed on my actual ticket. Awful experience. First off, I ordered online and then called and requested extra wing sauce since unfortunately there is no extra wing sauce option online. Once I arrived to pick up the wings, I noticed that there was no extra sauce as I requested on the wings. The lady at the cash register (Miya) argued with me and accused me of not calling and requesting the wing sauce, even though I did. Even if I hadn't, it's totally unacceptable and unprofessional to argue with a customer about anything, but especially something petty like wing sauce. Not only did Miya argue, she called another lady to assist (Miya did tell me there was no manager on site, so the lady who came to assist was just another more experienced employee I guess) and she argued with me as well and was extremely rude. I requested her name and she refused to give me her name and instead told me to "please leave" just for simply asking what her name was. I eventually got the extra sauce, but was charged $2.15 even though it was their mistake that the sauce wasn't on there in the first place. Also, the order was not correct. I ordered cajun wings and hot wings, but the cajun wings barely had any cajun seasoning and the fries did not have extra seasoning like I wanted. Also, I had to wait for over an hour for the order, which is by the far the longest I've ever had to wait. So overall, it was a NIGHTMARE experience. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years, ordering once or twice per month and by far the worst experience I've ever had. I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Next time, I will go to Buffalo Wild Wings or elsewhere for a good wing experience. Tina the "manager" at this location was extremely unprofessional. I showed up with my kid to pick up a mobile order. It wasn't ready. We sat down and waited patiently for 15 minutes. I went to the counter to check the status and a nice young man told me it wasn't ready so I asked for my drinks while I waited and he obliged. 10 minutes later a cook brought me a refund receipt and said his manager told him to give it to me. I went to the counter to figure out the issue and Tina refused to come speak to me. She sent another cook to come out and tell me that she wasn't serving me because I was rude. I literally hadn't had a single negative encounter since I arrived so idk where Tina got that from. The real problem is that the place is very poorly managed and therefore every employee is overwhelmed and 100% of orders are going out late. The best wings me and my wife have ever tried. I have personally been to TEZ which is Chicago based, buffalo, and tried 3rd party wings like dominos wings or Dave and busters wings which are places that don't specialize on wings but offer them. For a couple, the meal for 2 is a no brainer. If you want to play it safe grab the lemon pepper and mild options you can't go wrong with that. Take out usually takes 15min or less and there are a plethora of choices online. If you decide to eat inside it's very clean and they do a great job of cleaning the restaurant and tables once people leave. There are restrooms and you know they're clean when you have to ask them for a key to use the restroom. All in all 11/10 if you love wings you'll love this place although some family members of mine who aren't as much of enthusiasts as I am say they are on the greasy side and I must agree the fries are a hit or a miss you love them or hate them they have a very unique taste that compliments amazingly with their ranch. read more
