I got a value meal with tenders, veggie sticks, fries, and two dips. I love the Hawaiian flavor for the tenders. They are always well coated in the sauce, but are still crispy. The fries are hot and thin, and crispy as well. The veggie sticks are a good compliment to all the crispy food. Everything was well packed to avoid spillage, but the fries came in an open basket, presumably because there wasn't a container big enough to hold them - it seems a little weird, I've got to say. First of all, the fries are always cold and limp like a noodle so I always know to turn my air fryer on to make them crispy and hot. Well, today somebody seemed to be having a bad day in prepping because i got whole a** potatoes in my fries. Every time I come here I am reminded why I don't come here. Sometimes I am desperate for something different than the one or two worthwhile places in this plaza. It is absolutely pointless to order ahead of time. It might tell you 16-21 minutes but you will easily wait double that in the store after waiting that time at home. Yes you did the math right. It is normal to wait 45 minutes for your food. Oh and 15 minutes of that time waiting in the store they will set your food down on the shelf and not tell you it's ready til you go and look at the shelf yourself to realize your food has gone cold. Girl up front couldn't care less about her job, barely asked people's names for their order, was on her phone half the time, sat in the back while the front was busy and one of the cooks had to deal with customers. One customer gave her their name, she didn't bother checking the shelf, and the customer waited 20 minutes before the cook finally realized her food was sitting on the shelf the entire time. I was waiting 30 minutes before a worker came up and said they were out of one of the flavors I chose for wings. Waited another 30 minutes to finally get my food- and all of it was somehow cold. Each time I pick up from there I swear it will be the last, but then I just keep hoping they have improved. They haven't. Employees hanging out in back looking at their phones while people are waiting patiently in the foyer to see 1) if their food is ready or to 2) place an order. Another customer inside had been waiting 50 minutes past pickup time so I canceled my order. Got yelled at by the manager for taking "jabs" at them (I stated I had placed my order an hour and a half prior.) I told them that's not how you treat customers. When the woman was like "did you not hear my name when I said it orrrr?" Like she was trying to ask her why did she just make her wait for 15 mins instead of doing her job and checking the bags the girl up front just completely ignored her and stayed on her phone. Do not go to this location, the customer service is horrible and this franchise genuinely doesn't give care about their customers, their food and the negative experiences they facilitate. Since this location has been opened I have ordered from them over ten times half of those times there was something incorrect with my order but those where small things that i really did not want to make a fuss about because I work in the service Industry and I get it. But most recently I ordered and there was several wings missing and a 52 oz simply lemonade. My order was about 38 bucks and I waited about 2 hours for my food. Worst wing stop location by far. First Time picking our order up we had arrived at the location on the time they had specified it would be ready. I was told it would be a few more minute. An hour passes by with me continuing to ask about the order about every 15 mins. Kept being told it was still being made and needed more time. Finally some found the location of my order it had been sitting in the window with the name billy on it for the whole time I had been there. Name is CJ. My second experience was ordering through the website and having food missing. Whatever, it happens simple call to the location usually can solve it. The "GM" told me that I was wrong that they had put the order together themselves but did admit to missing the drink.
