Three Kings is a gluten free GOLDMINE. I have never seen a gluten free menu as extensive as theirs and I have been gluten free for over a decade. The best part: it all tastes great. I ordered by favorite meals! Cup of Lobster Bisque soup and a side salad with ranch! I love the Lobster Bisque, is smooth and creamy with a great lobster and sherry flavor, Mmm. They do a great salad and its plenty to eat half and enjoy again the next day. Love their ranch and always ask for one extra. We enjoyed a New Year's day lunch with our dog on the dog friendly patio! We loved the french dip & spicy chicken toasted ravioli. The roast beef was so tender and perfect pair to the crispy bread, and the t-ravs had a great kick! They were very nice to us and our dog and brought many soft drink refills. We ordered Brussel sprouts, and order of the three kings wings and a side of fries. The wait for the food was about 15-20 minutes but when we got the food none of it was hot. The wing flavors were okay (buffalo and spicy Thai) but the wings just weren't cooked well. The Brussel sprouts were just terrible all together. The fries were just okay. They left a piece of grill in my food, which caused me to actually sprain my job. At first, I thought it was a chipped tooth, and I had something called trigeminal neuralgia so it really cleared up already. The owner never even called to apologize and started they lawyered up right away and wanted me to send pictures of my swollen face. We recently booked a table for 10 for an after funeral luncheon for our family. We were pleased to find the table ready for us when we arrived early. One of our concerns was a menu that would accommodate both a vegetarian and a vegan option. Both were no problem. Our group had a mixture of sandwiches and salads and all was good both in terms of portions and quality. The only drawback was that service was a little on the slow side as there were only a couple of servers in the dining room. My friend did something I'd never do, he said "surprise me with a great burger," and she totally did. She didn't even flinch. And the bottomless Diet Dr Pepper (few places have it, so another reason to frequent 3Kinge) was truly bottomless. We ordered the captain crunch shrimp, and they were incredible. I regret not getting a picture. Be grilled chicken sandwich was plump, juicy, and covered in cheese and chipotle mayo. So I had to pretend it was healthy, but it sure tasted good. I love their battered fries, but got the broccoli instead. Again, the butter and seasoning on it made it yummy but less healthy. And then my friend insisted on the bread pudding. I love and make bread pudding, so I'm a tough critic there. I'd give this one an A-. It was huge!!! What you see in the picture is that it's cut in half. Holy cow! I have visited this location multiple times over the past few years and just this past month, I have gone twice for dinner - it's that good! I love how they also have the dog friendly patio because my little pup enjoys going here now too! I usually call ahead to ensure they have the patio open so that we can ring Baxter along and each time, the person I speak with over the phone has been friendly and very inviting! The other night, we went and had the best service from Corbin. He provided good tips on the beer and even gave some good food recommendations. Not to mention, he was friendly and quick with his service. I am a huge fan of the chicken Philly as well as the plain old chicken sandwich and of course, the sweet potato fries are still my #1 in the city of STL. You gotta try them! I know others have ordered the friend rice as well as the poke bowl and they rave about how fresh and hot the food tastes. They food really is good here and the service has really been great lately. We've been to this location in the past but hadn't been in a while. Three of us went on a Wednesday night. We were greeted by a very kind hostess who also ended up being our server. My husband and I were there with my 95-year-old mother-in-law who uses a walker. The hostess purposely chose a table that didn't involve too much walking for my MIL and was near the restrooms. She took the walker and put it out it out of the way, but near enough to get if needed. The menu has a lot of options and it took us all a few minutes to make our choices. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was nice and hot and everything was cooked well. The portions are generous! Our server checked on us a few times and kept our water glasses full. As we finished, our dishes were removed from the table fairly quickly. The inside wasn't very full, but the patio had a number of diners. The weather was nice and I would have enjoyed dining outside, but I couldn't deal with all of the cicadas! I'll be so glad when this brood goes back underground! Patio seating was available on this early summer's evening. Beer and wine list options were interesting and really GOOD to these out-of-towners. I choose the Chicken Quesadilla with mozzarella, bacon and caramelized onions, as well as a bit of lettuce, pico de gallo and sriracha ranch on the side. They were delicious! My companion's lobster bisque - an omg (!) wonderful soup was ordered in addition to his Gyro Salad (so large and flavorful). The wings were great, cooked perfectly and honestly I loved the hot sauce and they would have been fine tossed in it. I hesitated because sometimes the sauce isn't it for me - I was wrong in this case. The fish and chips were good, not exceptional. Since we order to-go they sweat a bit in the box and made them soggier than they would have been at the restaurant. Service was good, friendly folk. Restaurant was clean.
