If orders are repeatedly being stolen, require customers to show a receipt or order confirmation before handing over food. This is such a simple solution, yet the same excuse keeps being used. Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore.
