I'm a sucker of chicken wings and this place used to be my usual to go spot but unfortunately their wings are a hit or miss, it's never consistent. Sometimes it's perfect, but at times it's dry or salty, and sometimes they fry it way too long that it makes the chicken chewy and tough! I love their Louisiana rub, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and honey hot rub. I usually always order the carrots and celery vegetable on the side and it's always fresh and crunchy, I love it. I just wish their wings are cooked more consistently and I will be coming back More often. The nuggets are good tho. The ranch is not free either, you'll have to pay extra $$$ depending on its size. We had a party and catered via Wingstop in PB. I've gotta say this was a very good experience overall. Granted the DoorDash dude didn't speak English very well and the packaging could've been better in like a box as one bag was leaking, but that's the big reason I didn't give them 5 stars. I received lots of compliments of the taste of the boneless nuggets. The kids devoured them left & right. I regret I didn't order hot sauces. But after the 6-he party was done, there were only a few of the 100+ we ordered. I had a spicy hot tender and a handful of the BBQ, Korean, and a few others like mild, myself. Even the carrot & celery sticks appeared pretty popular! We look forward to choosing Wingstop again. If we party in PB-Mission Beach or Bay, we'll certainly consider Wingstop in PB again. BBQ sauce is clearly available in-store. But on the app? Not listed as a dip option. So I'm forced to select "no dips," and then when I arrive and ask for BBQ, I'm told I have to pay extra. I'm not trying to game the system--I'm just trying to get something that should've been included, had the app been set up properly. One employee (who I'm choosing not to name) told me the solution was to call in my order every time instead of using the app. Seriously? In 2025? I explained that's not a real solution for me, the customer--but she doubled down and kept repeating it like it was the holy grail of problem-solving. I always come to this Wingstop for a late night grub and it hits everytime! I get the 2 person boned-in wings meal with half louisiana rubs and half lemon peppers. These flavors are my staple and each are opposite ends of the flavor spectrum. The louisiana rub is more flavorful and heavy whereas the lemon pepper is on the lighter and lemony side. The workers get my order in quickly and the food always comes out shortly after! The only thing I would comment about is their drinks machine. It honestly is a hit or miss when it comes to how diluted their drinks are. There are times where it tastes like water, but there are also times where the drinks are perfect. I just witnessed one of the most beautiful moments inside this Wingstop. The manager (the gentleman with glasses) showed the kind of leadership and humanity you rarely see in fast food restaurants anymore. A man in a wheelchair needed help getting to the restroom. The manager not only assisted him but also placed an "Out of Order" sign on the door to give him privacy. It absolutely touched my heart. He was clearly busy, but still took the time to show kindness and dignity. I even stepped in to help open the door, and the manager looked at me with genuine gratitude and said, "Thank you, I appreciate it." That small exchange spoke volumes about the culture he is building here. And it wasn't just that day. On another visit, I saw the same manager literally reaching his hand down into the sink drain to clean it out. Who does that anymore? That level of dedication to cleanliness and detail is the reason I can trust this Wingstop. I LOVE a clean environment, and I don't often see employees in U.S. fast food working with such pride, standards, and care. This manager is leading by example, and it makes all the difference. Ordered and payed online. Said it would be ready in about 14 minutes. Got there one other person waiting for their food. Talked to counter person and he said it will be right up. Waited for about 15 minutes. They kept putting up other peoples orders (5 diff Togo orders) for pickups who were not even there. Mind you I'm the only one in the store waiting for pickup. counter guy keeps saying mine was coming right up. We finally took the time to get chicken wings from Wingstop. Oh how sad. The whole experience was less than enticing. I ordered in the store because I was unfamiliar with this chain. Absent from the place was the smell of fabulous food. I assumed I would smell chicken cooking. Nope. The person who waited on me wasn't able to explain the menu or the differences in the flavors offered. I ordered plain wings with sauce on the side. They were greasy and flavorless. Had a really good, first time experience here. I have never been here and heard rave reviews about this chain on TikTok. We came in after being at the beach and were really impressed. Clean restaurant, good food, parking available, not too crowded, and staff was friendly. The menu was a little overwhelming but the woman with the long eyelashes prompted us and let us know our options and answered our questions. I went to wingstop yesterday and the size of the wings were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than they were in May (the last time I got them). I usually could take two or three bites to finish one but these are literally bite size. And they didn't even compensate for the size, maybe adding a couple extra wings to make up for the size, but no. I also went at 6:30 pm so it wasn't like it was near closing and they just used what was left. I suggest going to another wingstop that serves reasonable sizes of their wings. This was my second time attending wing stop in my life, and nothing stood out to me. The restaurant was very empty so I ordered my food very fast. As the lady handed me my soda cup I turned around the corner and saw and soda machine that had 100 plus flavors! I've never seen so many, I decided to go with peach Fanta (normally I get orange but I wanted to switch it up a little) and let me just say don't get that. The lady at the counter told me a 5 minute wait, the wait was around 8-10 minutes so not far off. My food was finally ready so I got up and grabbed it, as I got to the counter I looked in the kitchen and saw 4 of the workers just standing around not doing anything, I don't blame them because it looked like there was nothing to do, get this place more customers!!!!! I got back to my table and tried my sandwich, that was my exact reaction. I ate around half of it and got sick of it, maybe I should've got a different flavor. The sandwich didn't really have much flavor though, nor did the fries. One thing I will say it the ranch, perfecto. I got up to leave and had lots of trash left over after eating (the food is pretty messy) as I looked around for a trash can I couldn't find one, but then the lady at the counter showed me to where it was. It was behind the counter, really Wingstop. The next time I come here I am hoping they put one were the customers can see. My last thought before I left was why is there only tables of 4, what if I just got done at a game and wanna bring my whole team, we would have to split up! *Update* First I want to say the service we received was absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting a call from Wingstop after the first experience. They apologized and wanted to compensate for the first experience. I greatly respect a place that holds itself to high standards. Today we went in to reorder our meal and the customer service from the employees and manager was great the whole time. It wasn't an awkward moment; they were very understanding and friendly. Now the food we received was amazing too! I've been craving wings for a long time and this heavily satisfied it. The sauce was the perfect amount, the spice rubs done just right and it was cooked very well (not making it dry). It looked so good we started eating before we thought to take a photo. Not very good. I ordered 10 wings five boneless Hawaiian and five bone in mango habanero. The five Hawaiian came with bone in and I had to go back in the meat on those chicken wings were very scarce. The sauce wasn't that great and he wanted to drowned it in ranch it's $1.49 more for a tiny thing of ranch. The mango habanero was a little too spicy and it was quick the place was clean I ordered it to go comes in a huge grocery bag very extra unnecessary and got the fries which are pretty salty oversalted in my opinion. Got a drink that's a cool machine they have there I got some grape soda zero from Fanta that was probably the best thing about the place. The reason for two stars is the fact that it's overpriced and that they couldn't get the order correct plus it's not that great so I'm not sure if it's just this location because other locations have been stellar. Customer service was friendly but the guy seemed annoyed on the phone when I called in to place the order. It could be better not sure if I will go back but if I do I'll try the Buffalo and figure out if it was just a one off. read more

The real lose-a-star was the garlic parmesan wings. Not enough garlic to ruin a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Zero garlic "burn" whatsoever. The boneless wings are decent chunks of white meat chicken with a batter-fried coating. They are definitely good, but since this place gets such a nice crisp on the real wings, I favored those.
