I don't recommend this place especially for Doordash. We called Wingstop to let them know that our order was missing items and the lady we spoke to was rude and was adamant that we were given our missing items. After we told her what we had she said "we will send over your missing items through a new dasher." We waited and a dasher never came. If you decide to order here, make sure it's in person so that you know you get your whole order. If not, you are SOL because they don't care. read more

This is my 3rd time trying to place a online order before 11 where I'm rolling over to place it by 11:15 the lates for pick up and it wouldn't allow me too and when I called the store at 10:45 it just kept ringing and ringing even after 11 it would just ring. As a overnight employee I cannot tell you how much this is frustrating that I cannot get through not once but multiple time's different days. What are your store hours?? Cause online they're clearly incorrect your employees are closing early and being lazy and not wanting to take orders before midnight is ridiculous. I'm not sure if the crew was new or if they truly don't care about their team but I waited over an hour and a half for my order when no other crew member helped their lead cook/prep any of the orders. HUGE line and incoming phone orders but for some reason, the crew thinks it's cool to goof around while only letting 1 person out of an 7-9 person crew actually cater to their guests. To top it off, order came incorrect after calling multiple times to correct the order and confirming the true order again after arriving. I know that shift lead/manager is the last of a dying breed with his hustle compared to the other crew. The employees are so busy with taking and making orders they just don't get a chance to clean up during the lunch rush. We found a way to shave off the waiting time. My husband's response to the boneless wings was "this is the worst boneless wing I have ever had" and he hasn't met many wings he doesn't like. His first time and my second time trying Wing Stop so we ordered the All In deal of 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders and large fry and mh husband ordered on another 6 bone-in wings. The sauces were fine, nothing stands out as very good or very bad. Boneless wings had that overcooked texture and bone-in wings were dry. The fries were so strange, one would have like a normal fry seasoning and the next one would be coated in what I can only describe as sugar??? I liked the texture and cook but seasoning made them unenjoyable. IF the food was good I would say the meal deal would be a good value but that was not the case. Service was also slow, at least four to-go orders sitting out bagged getting cold. No one was wearing gloves, masks were removed several times by the cook and i never saw him wash his hands. It was 10:39pm so I am guessing since they were about to close they just gave us refried wings and french fries, we didn't open the bag and checked because it was sealed up with a wing stick sticker. The residence where we were taking the wings to was only 4 minutes away, when we opened up the bag the wings had completely no sauce at all, super dry. We didn't not eat them. I completely understand when employees want to get home after a long day, but they should consider too that we are paying money for food. The people that managed the location before where great and ever since new management, their costumer service has gone down the drain and their prices going up. I recently made an order and was given 2 blue cheeses instead of ranch. Ranch is important to me to eat with my fries and lived few miles from there. When I called to let them know about the situation they told me it was my fault and to deal with it because I ordered "blue cheese online". After telling them my concerns, they just offered to get me ranches but by that time I went for the ranches food I cold! I asked for new order and declined and told me the same thing...
