Ordered through Ubereats a 10 boneless wings, chicken sandwich combo, and a flavor line up wings. The ubereats driver dropped off order, unpacked to find half of the order missing. Called the driver, was told the lady at the front only had 1 bag for the entire order. Driver proceeded to leave and confirmed only 1 bag was given. I called the store to be transferred to the manager Travis. Not only did he keep repeating to take it up with Ubereats, but continued to interrupt me and speak over me. Note I am pregnant and irritable, close to driving over. Instead of making it right, kept putting it on the driver. Wingstop should do better with making things right with the customers and not argue that it's the 3rd parties fault. read more

So we get to Wingstop about 45 minutes before closing after driving a long way so I could quelch my chicken wing need before we head back to the hotel. We place our order and sit down but after once our order is complete they bring us a sealed bag and send us on our merry way. While we are sitting we are mesmerized between the person behind the counter that was talking to the POS people regarding the problems they are having and the lady in the corner talking to herself. "What comes with the corn?"; after a long pause, corn! I guess we are not eating here I said. We drive back to our hotel open the bag and yup, no napkins. Buffalo wings with NO napkins in our hotel room. Lets just say there was a lot of licking involved and NO keep your head out of the gutter. Newer establishment that is located in the shopping center on the Northeast corner of 32nd & Greenway road (across from McDonald's). Excited to see a Wingstop in the Northeast Valley, since the last time I visited was like 10 years ago in the Arcadia-Phoenix Neighborhood. Nice to revisit after so many years and from I can remember the recipe has not changed, which is a good thing! Today I went with the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan bone in wings!
