Ordered and paid for a pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese pizza but received a cheese and mushroom only pizza, see photo. After traveling all day, and getting the family checked into a hotel we figured we'd try a local pizza place for an easy dinner. The food was ok, but paying for something we didn't get isn't. Used their app to order and it had a contact us option, so I sent this issue to them, the app said someone will call, text, or email shortly. After about an hour it appears they deleted my concern, because the app allows me contact them again. So I waited a week and still no reply. I understand orders get messed up, but ignoring my issue and charging me for something you didn't provide is just wrong and bad business. read more

TJ's Pizza and Wings I don't know how long this place has been around, but I live 1/2 mile from TJ's and have lived in my house for 32+ years and seems like it has always been there.. My son and daughter use to walk over there when they were in middle school and high school, now they are 29 and 26 years old and always liked it. So after 32 years my son ask me if I want any pizza from TJ's and I said sure, why not. He wanted to get a slice but I told him, just get a whole pizza. He ordered the All Meats All Meat Pizza which includes sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham and beef and the pizza was excellent, meat was plentiful and fresh, crust was just right. Just an great tasting pizza Wings we ordered 24, they were on the smaller size and slightly dry, but still not bad. So after living a 1/2 mile from TJ's for 32 years, I truly missed out, but will be back soon read more

This is a cute little hole in the wall. The pizza is always made fresh. It is a thin crust. The wings are decent.... I ordered the hottest ones and the flavor was different... almost sweet. I pass on those again because I think there might be cinnamon but I would be back for pizza. They are in a great location. Service is always quick! read more

I've tried multiple pizza places in the area, and so far this one is one of the only obvious repeats. I did a standard half cheese half pepperoni that was delicious, and one specialty Chicken Bacon Ranch that was lovely. You could skip the wings. Enjoyed a nice meaty calzone and boneless wings! I don't know, I don't do pizza that often -especially not dine in- it seems that calzones have fallen out of favor in the past couple decades; probably has been that long at an establishment that isn't part of some bowling alley or indoor kids' play area but, the moment I saw it as menu item, it was 100%. Between the sauce, meaty chunks and damn that's a lot of cheese the calzone did not disappoint. I am not a fan of wings and though I certainly don't understand the huzzah my wife got the taste for them. Didn't see bone-in (her preference) on the menu, kind of made her sad a little but she appreciated the crispy boneless bits. The sauce's spicy was just right, edging the line of numbing the tongue as once you wade into those waters all flavor is gone. (Okay for me it wasn't *that* hot) All in all, we barely finished everything and by we I mean whatever the missus can't finish I can't waste. There was a lot of food. Accidentally found this place. It is close to my house, but on a side street I rarely use. The food turned out quite good though. The chicken parmesan hero had a nice amount of mozzarella melted on top and some good cutlets inside. Also tried the parmesan bread sticks and those were also very good, soft and buttery and loaded with parmesan. The dipping sauces also seemed homemade and the owner was very nice. Picked up dinner from here last night as it was nearby and looked good! My husband and I ordered cheese breadsticks, cheese pizza, and cake! The breadsticks were very thin and crispy, a tiny bit too greasy but otherwise good! The pizza was not bad, we liked it but thought it kind of had an odd aftertaste. My favorite cheese pizza. Thin, crispy on the bottom, and the right amount of sauce and cheese. Make sure you tip these guys.

This is my favorite pizza spot around. Their Individual slices are nice and big and a great value, but nothing is as good as their whole pie. 12" or 16" pies with nearly a two to one ratio of cheese to crust! It's thin, chewy, cheesy, great crust, and their sauce is everything I want in a pizza sauce. The place is nothing special to look at. A few tables to eat at if you want to stick around and watch tv, but that's not the main focus. Their pizza is excellent and I'll drive by at least four other pizza shops on my way to get my TJ's fix! read more

Called in an order for delivery, first time customer wanted to try something new and the reviews are pretty good. We usually order a pizza from Venezia's and are always happy but always good to support a local business that's near by. Was told order would arrive in 30-45 minutes (no issue) took over an hour. That's not great I'd rather be told a longer time and arrive early.. The Food ordered some wings and pizza I would have to give the pizza a 5 on 1-10.... Not great. Enjoy. read more

Honestly this was a pleasant surprise! We stopped in and got a large half cheese, half pepperoni pie plus 12 honey bbq wings and a slice of chocolate cake. We got it to go and it took about 20 minutes to receive our food. There is space to eat there, several tables and a TV. The guy working the counter was nice and efficient. The pie was pretty classic in the sense that it was just good cheese and pepperoni pizza, nothing fancy about it. The crust is pretty thin but not too thin. I liked the flavor of the crust a lot, plus the sauce wasn't overpowering which is my issue with a lot of pizzas. I was definitely a fan, a large is a 16" pie which meant leftovers too. I really enjoyed the wings. The honey bbq sauce isn't too thick and is more tangy than others. The wings were hot and crispy and you get a side of ranch or blue cheese. The chocolate cake was a splurge and for a pizza place, it wasn't too bad. Nothing to write home about but if you're craving sweets it does the trick. Overall this place was an unexpected treat. I have been frequenting TJ's for years. A bit pricey, but I always just order a slice of pizza w/zucchini & it does the trick. Tonight...the food was burnt & the worker was unbelievably rude. They have pretty standard New York style pizza and wings. It isn't the most amazing pizza in town, but it's good and the prices are decent. I was only in town for less than a week and went here twice for food. If that doesn't tell you how good this place is nothing will. Anyway, I had to leave an update because I got their pizza and wing special AGAIN for a second time and also got their white garlic ricotta pizza with the addition of onion and all of it was so so good. Having had their pizza and wings twice I know it wasn't a fluke the first time. They really really know how to make pizza here. Secondly, the white garlic ricotta cheese pizza is wonderful. It had the perfect amount of the cheeses and was sufficiently garlic seasoned to just die for. The crust on both pizzas was absolutely perfect. There was no need to fold and/or watch the pizza flop around as so many do. The slices stood their ground and held up with no flop! Kudos to this place. I told them I was from New York and even though I've got excellent pizza near me if they were in my hometown I'd most definitely be a frequent customer. We are very choosy when ordering take out and delivery food, especially during this Covid crisis. Like everyone else we want cleanliness, safety, but also good food at an affordable price. We ordered TJ's "suicide hot wings" and a side order of french fries to be delivered. Delivery was FREE and our food arrived FAST and HOT! The wings were outstanding, portions were huge, the "wing heat" was perfect, and truly some of the best wings we've eaten anywhere in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The portion of fries was enormous and easily sharable. They were very tasty. I'd also like to say that "Amara" who took our order over the telephone was so genuine and sweet it was like talking to a family member and not just ordering food from some unknown person on the other end of the phone.
