If there was zero stars I would give it. My son and I walk in about 825 last nite. The lobby had one couple and 1 employee cleaning up. We went to order and they said there was a 50 to 55 minute wait. Im like there is no one here how can it take 55 minutes? Then she got snooty (kind term) with me and said phone and internet orders are priority!! I was like what?? She made no attempt to maybe squeeze our order in somewhere or kindly say it might be a few minutes lets see what we can do etc. We were not the only ones who walked away upset. This was my first visit to the Portland Wing Stop and my last. I called in an order for 2 of the 6 piece meals and was told it would be a wait time of 45 minutes, I had no problem with this because I had high expectations ( wish I would have read these reviews first.) We arrived promptly, we were never greeted, customer service did not exist , the soda fountain was out of everything besides Sprite and Root Beer and the cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. I received soggy, distasteful , cold, unseasoned , dry , bland wings. We only received ONE cup of ranch for our 12 WINGS! The fries that came with my meal were soggy, old and cold. I do not plan on eating at this establishment again. Get new management or close your restaurant . read more

Skip the Wait, Order Online - that promise means nothing at this location. I ordered online an hour before I would be there and scheduled the delivery. I was running behind and showed up a bit late and my order wasn't done. A few minutes later they call my name and show me my order but then tell me to get back in line and wait 10 more minutes for the guy at the register. Now I recognize the guy at the register was doing his best to take orders and answer the phone but the 5 guys standing in the back looking at us were not useful. I love wings and Wingstop is a good place, but this location needs some work. read more

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. I've been here several times hoping that each time I visit it'll be better service. Each time I order, something is always wrong with my order for example, I order a certain sauce on my wings and they will put the wrong sauce or give me bone in when I clearly asked for boneless, they are always out of limes and the section where you get your refills and napkins is always so filthy and sticky it's disgusting. The ketchup is never filled and the workers do not wear gloves to mix the wings. The workers are always on their phone and greet people in a very ugly way, if I try explaining the mistake the cashier gives attitude. Disgusting food!! My wings had no sauce (like I ordered) my fries were soggy and greasy. I waited 30 minutes for my order even after it was supposed to be ready. Cashier was on her phone and not paying attention to the customers in front of her. The cooks were just hanging around in the back and goofing off. They never get my order right at all. The wait there is insane. My order is extremely simple just Cajun and lemon pepper. But when I get the wings there literally no seasoning or sause beware that you have to check your order twice. read more

Happy to see something different in Portland! Restaurant was packed and people were still coming in for call ahead / pick-up orders at 3 pm. Good sign for business. Wings were tasty and served hot.
