I have never ever left a review because I have 20 plus years in restaurant service and I have always given a place the benefit of the doubt even when they probably didn't deserve it. I try to look for the good. But this place I have done it more than 10 times and still it's awful. Tonight was the last straw. I stopped eating there 5 times ago but my kids still love it. I order them tender combos with two sides of fries every time so they don't fight. Every single time the fries are soggy, old, barely warm, lacking seasoning ect. Every time I complain they tell me that I either didn't pick it up on time or I made some kind of mistake in the pick up time. Basically blaming me. Well tonight I decided to order from my car and walk inside two minutes after ordering just so they saw me waiting there. They had issues with orders as I waited for mine even though the screen said my order was ready. And sure enough fries are the same way. I am so tired of calling back with complaints to the point that I haven't even collected on food they owe me from previous visits. I hope they learn consistency and to have some positive energy when dealing with paying customers. Love this place. This place has never let me down on flavor and consistency. A note about consistency here that I want to highlight. Every time I come here to pick up my food, there is new staff. Turnover must be high. Thing is. I always get good food. That means the training is good and regardless who works here, the food always taste good. I have never had wings here that lacked sauce and flavor. Speaks well to the consistency and quality of food. If there is inconsistency. It's having more of something. An extra wing. An extra strip. So my wife and I had to drive down to the restaurant and ask that my order be re-made. I had to wait another 45 minutes for it to be made again and received no compensation for my inconvenience, not even a free soda!!!!! This place has great tasting food , but the business plan is not working. The staff are overwhelmed and frustrated . I feel bad for them. Everyone in the waiting room felt the same vibe.
