I love this place. The wings are always consistent, well flavored, and large portions. It's fast food basically, but every once in a while it's a great guilty pleasure. They have turned off their phones completely, I even called when I was inside and the phones made no noise. I then asked and the lady had said were super understaffed and it keeps wait times down to not answer phones. So then why are all my times orders not ready on time?? I wait at least 20 minutes everytime I go in for a scheduled pick up. It's absolutely ridiculous. The past 3 times I've gone in ive had to wait, you can't call and place an order to pay with cash and you can't place an online order for cash. The only way to pay with cash is to go in and wait for your food. They should not be allowed to turn off their phones as they are making their business super inaccessible to disabled and/or cash paying customers. Wing stop is my favorite spot for wings and fries. At this location, which I have been two several times, does a decent job in regards to service and food quality. Staff is nice and professional most of the time (a couple times I spoke with someone who was very impatient). Food tastes good and is fresh 3/4 of the time. Once I had over cooked fries. That is my major issue, I wish the food was fresh all the time. I'll keep eating here because I just can't get enough of it but I hope to see consistency with the food quality. read more

The worst wingstop I've ever been to. I ordered my wings online and they said the pick up time should be 40 min. I arrived at wing stop at 710pm (the time they told me to pick up) and waited for TWO AND A HALF HOURS! After waiting for 40 more minutes, I asked them for an update and they said ten minutes. The staff was terrible at being vocal about what was going on and telling us "10 min" lies! They never asked what they could do to make it right. There was a group of us still waiting when I got my food. WORST Wingstop, worst service. Never going there again! Ordered the new cajun meal. Checked my order and the fries had none of the sauce described. So i went back in and one of the young girls was very rude because i told her come on now we have to fix this. They took my meal and just put what they needed on the fries. The first time the (I assume) manager was yelling at the other two employees and they were all swearing at each other and threatening to call some other employee to fact-check each other. It took them about 5 minute to even come to the register for me, the only person in the store. The most recent time, today, I told the cashier (who was the same manager employee from the last visit) I didn't want to give a number and asked if I can give my name instead and he literally stopped, looked me up and down, and told me I needed to "loose my attitude". We made an online order for two 30 piece wings and two Voodoo fries it came out to $100. I had just broken my foot and had been running around to urgent care , and x-rays, amongst other things and we were all tired and hungry. So I ordered online and the boys went to pick up the food, when they got there, the employees (who didn't speak English) couldn't find the order, they didn't want to look for the order, they didn't want to try to problem solve, they didn't want to see the confirmation codes or any of the information that the boys had on their phones to show them all the information required for the order. The girl kept dismissing them and moved on to other customers rather than try to help them. I tried to call and speak to them since i made the order, but they would not answer the phone. After about 20 minutes of these people not wanting to help, finally the manager comes out figures out what the problem is (the printer ran out at the same time our order came in and they accidently threw it away) and in about 30 seconds he locates the order and starts making the food. They offered no apology, no extra sauce, no nothing. Pretty frustrating and disappointing. I'm not one to go straight to the manager, but at this place I think k that's your only move. Very poor customer service. This was my first time to place an order at the Puyallup Wingstop location. It was for my office, which was a party of 13. We made the order very simple, by only ordering from the .60 cent special menu, which was basically 15 various flavored wings per person. I did an online order, via Wingstop.com and chose for our order to be delivered. When I received it, 1 order of wings was missing. I called and spoke to Monica and she placed me on hold for awhile, to speak to her manager. When she came back, she said her manager offered to either give me a refund, or I could go and pick it up (although I paid for delivery and it was Wingstop's fault). I told her that if I have to pick it up, then I should be entitled to a refund. She placed me back on hold to talk with her manager. Both hold times were several minutes long and this time, she disconnected the call. So, I called back and Monica answered again. This time, I asked to speak to her manager. I was offered the same two options, so I explained that I just spent $200 on the whole order and would prefer for someone to deliver that missing meal. Just like Monica had done previously, the manager, (named Carissa), tried to excuse the error by blaming it on the fact that "it was a long order and that's probably why they missed it" AND that "it was Door Dash's fault". I told her that I did not order via Door Dash and that I ordered directly through Wingstop.com. I asked if she has ever looked at her company's website and she replied, "no". I suggested that she should take a look, so she can clearly see that there is no indication that their delivery option is handled by Door Dash. Better customer service would have been for the missing order to be delivered as soon as possible and maybe even offer a refund for it or a complimentary meal towards a future order. The food was amazing my daughter loves wings and myself as well we ordered the mild and garlic Parmesan, the mild was definitely my favorite out of the two but I definitely look forward to trying more.
