First, let me say, I Doordash, so I am here a lot. Yesterday I was here at @6 pm to pick up an order of fries for a customer. I watched as 6 of their employees stood around and did NOTHING. There were people on their phones while 5 customers sat on benches and waited for their orders. I was there for 20 minutes before I got my order. Yes, I waited 20 minutes for FRIES because it was part of a 2 store order for the same customer. I will repeat that...20 MINUTES FOR FRIES!! I have been to some shitty restaurants, but this was the WORST service I have ever received at fast food. I do NOT recommend this location for a so much as a soda! read more

I must be a glutton for punishment coming back here after a year's hiatus. I said in my check-in that 75% of the time, my order is bungled. Well, I stand disappointed again. I've learned that you have to order things 'well done' if you actually want your chicken cooked through, so it was cooked. However, there were hardly any seasonings on the parmesan garlic or the Lousiana hot rub wings. May as well have ordered them without seasoning. Also, I order the fries well done, but they were not. Just soggy floppy fries. One final thought: why isn't it possible to put a person behind the register that can actually enunciate words? As a previous review stated, the music is loud, so you find yourself yelling "WHAT?", then you find yourself being looked at like YOU'RE the jerk, because their speech is so poor. And I mean really poor. I've come to the conclusion that it's either the manager, or if this is a franchise, the owner that's the issue. I've ordered online,then receive a survey for the service; but responding to that survey is pointless. I've responded to the survey, I've complained via their website, I think I may have even tweeted it once with the 'please DM us' response. It's hopeless, they won't reply. My advice? Go to the Kenosha or St. Francis Wingstop locations. read more

It was Nasty as heck! It look like it had set all day in some ear wax and they put them in a warmer and tried to get them warm to look the part. I took that mess back they ask me can they make me some more NEVER!! Then my sister went there few weeks after and end up in hospital for two weeks. I ordered from Wingstop on 10/10/2020 through DoorDash. The order was confirmed as received and that it was being prepared to be delivered. The wait time for my order was anticipated to be delivered in about an hour from the time i placed it. About 15 minutes before it was going to be delivered, I received a call from DoorDash claiming that the restaurant lost my order AND that they never received it until they were contacted by DoorDash to see what happened, to which they then magically found the order and were "unable" (more like unwilling) to make the order as it was now after close. I just find it extremely comical that they claimed they never got it and then happened to find it after they were already closed. Honestly, whoever thought that this would be a good idea to do to a customer shouldn't work in a position that requires some level of professionalism and customer service. I would be embarrassed if this were to happen to any of my customers, but i also care deeply about mine, while others (for instance Wingstop) only care about themselves. Without customers, you don't have a job to collect a check from. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you consider ordering from Wingstop. I will never order from them again. read more

Very good wings, we had the boneless. Two combo plates and tried 4 flavors all really good. Chili Lime is my favorite, my friend liked the garlic parmesan. Fries great dipped in the hot cheddar cheese. Nice clean atmosphere with nice size TV's for watching the games. Will definitely go back. read more

I phoned in an order for pick up and was quoted a 14 minute wait. When I showed up 30 minutes later I thought my food would be ready to pick up; I was wrong. Not only did I pay for the food when I came in and then waited an additional 15 minutes when I finally asked when my order would be ready they told me they didn't even have one of the items in stock to make. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional, the staff did not seem to care about taking care of customers but focused more on socializing with each other. The owner needs to hire better employees ASAP! read more
