The is a true dive bar with great food. We had two appetizers. Monster mozzarella sticks. They were damn good. Then we had these, things called the bacon bombs. They were a surprise hit. Our friends shared a legit burger, stuffed with pepper Jack cheese came w/ fries. Plenty of food. My wife & I ordered 20 wings. 10 Buffalo, 10 Sweet Chilli pepper. This place is no frills. Serious a hidden GEM!!!! Food is outstanding from the stuffed burgers to the fish fry to the little bite things I can't remember the name of right now but you order one order of them and then you end up ordering like 4 more orders as they simply explode with flavor in your mouth. I dig this place. They've got some really good food. They've got some great beers in stock all the time. I don't go very often, because it's on the other side of town and, honestly, it ain't exactly my scene. But when I do go, it tends to be late afternoon/early evening/happy hour/dinner time type of adventure. Plus, once a year, my friends' band plays there for some reason. Good times. Well where should I start. I place my place at 6:34 the lady at Uptown said 45 minutes. I was good with the time but when I showed up they misplaced my order. I had to wait additional 30 minutes for my food. I order four things off their menu and it came out to be 31.50. We get half way home and go through order there is only three containers in the bag. We go back to Uptown told they forgot something on my order they come back nope we only got three items. So the three items on my order came up to be 26.50. So with four items it would be $31.50. Times like this trying to help the community and small businesses owners and the customer gets the shaft. Not happy customer here. read more

Ordered this place last night, I expected long wait times since it was Valentine's Day, but I was NOT expecting my entire meal to be forgotten. I ordered through door dash and my driver said the chef had an attitude - and when I called I knew she was telling me the truth. They basically called me a liar and that I could only get a refund FOR A MEAL I DIDNT RECEIVE FROM THEM from doordash. Awesome food, ONLY place that will cook a burger how you ask it. Every other place overcooks their burgers. Best burger and wings in town! Not the best area but the people and service are very friendly and professional. The area does not represent the atmosphere or customers. If your looking for real good bar food this is #1 and I've been to restaurants that charge $25 for a burger and this place is $9 or so and wayyyy better. read more

ahh the paces I'm willing to travel to do a yelp review out there. This non-descript bar is absolutely in the middle of no where in a weird looking street and area in Racine. Actually Racine has always been an odd looking town coming from cookie cutter suburban sprawl and I noticed the bars around here some time back. I was able to get them to buzz me in this bar and it pretty much is a family owned old school dive bar. A young greaser was tending the kitchen grill which is right up to the bar and the scary bartender looked like he was out of the local chapter of hells mercenaries motorcycle club This is a biker bar as are the other ones I noticed around this part of Racine. I enjoyed my cheap big corporate beer and high tailed it out of here not wanting to try any food. read more
