A boneless Wingstop wing. Tiny. This cost approximately $1.40.

Ordered delivery for NFL Championship game. Delivered on time. Boneless chicken wings were overcooked and tiny. Some were tinier than chicken nuggets. Wingstop is what I am doing.

Fries - a bit heavily salted but great texture

Ok, so I typically love going to WingStop. This was my first visit at the RSM location. My oldest kid loves chicken and had been begging me to take them here. I caved, but I was not satisfied with our experience. I would likely not return to their branch in all honesty, at least not in the near future. There was a lot of people ordering for pick up or a food delivery service, so immediately we noticed that they were kind of busy. That's good in my opinion. There is not a lot of seating available inside just like any other WingStop. They have an outdoor patio for dining, but it was a cold rain evening, so we stayed indoors. The staff member who helped us was nice and patient, while we tried to figure out what we wanted. Details on what we ordered is below. All was going well until the worker realized a lot of people had already picked up their food, including patrons who ordered way after us. Our food took a very long time. People were coming and going. I know this was a fluke and I can totally forgive that. Our order getting overlooked was not the reason for our disappointment. WHAT WE ORDERED; The 30 piece crew pack, split between 3 people, plus an order soda. The crew pack came with the following; -10 classic pieces - Garlic parmesan -10 classic pieces - spicy Korean -10 classic pieces - plain -4 sauces - we just asked for ranch -Fries -Veggie sticks The garlic parmesan is always a good choice at WingStop. The spicy Korean, is sweet but not as sweet as I have had at other similar establishments, but it had a nice kick to it with the heat. I would recommend either of these as a good place to start. The fries had a nice crisp to them, possibly a bit over salted but the ranch helped with that. You can see the salt in the picture I've attached. The texture of the fries were perfect though. We had water with our meal and ordered a soda since we love to have Cherry Dr. Pepper. Now, here is where we weren't happy. Although the food was ok/decent, we could tell that the chicken had freezer burn. How long had the chicken been in the freezer, what is their food turnover, literally how old is this chicken, why do some parts feel a bit dry? All this was in my head. The kid who had the plain chicken, this was especially obvious with their food since there was no sauce/powder/etc to cover the meat. I circled all the visible freezer burn in the picture, you can't see the pieces underneath which also had freezer burn but it's there. It was the same for the other 20 pieces but difficult to see because of the sauces. I understand that WingStop doesn't claim to have fresh chicken that is not frozen, however, freezer burned chicken just shouldn't be served. That's my opinion and I am sticking to it.

    No sauce on wings

Just when I think this place can't get any worse, ordered multiple 10 piece wings, and a 8 piece wing order, the wings are bone dry, no hot sauce on the wings. You can see from the pics I posted, my lemon pepper wings are plain wings with no seasoning. I paid for an 8 piece order as well and only got 6 in the container. This place is constantly raising their prices while their food decreases in quality. Very upset with the amount of money I spent only for the meal to be horrible

I'm not sure why the rating on this place is so low I went here and I love it. I always go to the lake forest location which takes 30 minutes to prepare I guess because it's always packed and I hate sitting there bc of how dirty it gets but here it's super clean and our food was ready within 5 minutes. I'm not sure what the other people are giving bad reviews here. Everyone come to this location

Ordered online for triple meal deal and the fries is over cooked, it's burnt and inedible.

Two separate orders of lemon pepper wings that all ended up in the trash
    Kimberly D.

Burnt, no lemon pepper - no seasoning Second order Almost as bad as the first Both went into the trash.

Bold and savory with a mildly spicy kick that lingered just enough. One of my favorites! - Lemon Pepper. Bright, zesty, and savory. Simple, but a classic that stands the test of time. - Original Hot. Straight-up buffalo heat that was tangy and slightly vinegary. A little messy, but that's expected. - Mexican Spice. The flavor is similar to elote. Chili-spiced with Parmesan sprinkled on top and lime zest for added pop. It's an interesting take! - Blue Cheese Dip. Thick and creamy with chunks of blue cheese. It's a cool, tangy contrast from the wings. Why mention the blue cheese dip? Because for some reason, it's disgustingly good. - Seasoned Fries. The seasoning is amazing: sweet, salty, and spiced. Soft on the inside with a lightly crisp exterior. I cannot stress enough how much I love their fries! - Veggie Sticks. Fresh, crunchy, and essentially a palate cleanser for all the wings. THE DRINK. - Sweet Tea. Sweet without the tea bitterness. THE VERDICT. I know this is a fast food chain, but the wings and fries are so good! The chicken is tender, there's a variety of flavors to choose from, and they have good online deals. It's my go-to when I'm craving wings.

When I asked for fresh fries, the cashier was helpful, but the kitchen staff responded very unprofessionally. They mocked me, called me names in Spanish, and were rude because I asked for hot fries. On top of that, they forgot both my ranch and blue cheese, which I had paid for. I even emailed the store afterward to give them a chance to make things right, and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Honestly, it was about the same, but considering we came at the worst time (there were no less than 10 parties inside waiting for their orders in addition to a line of cars in the drive thru), they did a really good job moving everyone through the queue. My primary gripe is with the blackened tenders. These are my favorite fast food orders, hands down. No one else comes close. But, they have to be made fresh to order. That means that 9 times out of 10, I arrive at my order pickup time and they haven't even started my order. This visit was no exception, sadly. We waited at least 35 minutes (including 15-20 once we arrived) from the time we ordered to receive our food. The tenders were hot and fresh, but the wait was absurd. At this point, can we even call it fast food? Overall, I wouldn't visit if you're in a rush or hangry, but I did think that the staff were more efficient than the Santa Ana location (kinda scary when you think about it).

The first, it was Happy Hour and also March Madness games so there were a lot of specials. One special we don't have in Vegas is the $10 burger, 4 boneless wings, and tots. What a deal! The burger was really good and the boneless were big nuggets and delicious with the spicy chili sauce. The tots were also fresh, hot, and crispy. Everything was really good.
