I learned something new here, that not all Buffalo Wild Wings are owned by their parent organization and that there are franchises like this location where they can do a few different and unique things. Coming from Vegas, I was only used to every BWW feeling the same - same menu and same specials. This BWW was a very different experience. They had an outdoor patio area with televisions, a very large restaurant area and a bar area filled with many high tops as well as seats right at the bar. My review is based on two visits. The first, it was Happy Hour and also March Madness games so there were a lot of specials. One special we don't have in Vegas is the $10 burger, 4 boneless wings, and tots. What a deal! The burger was really good and the boneless were big nuggets and delicious with the spicy chili sauce. The tots were also fresh, hot, and crispy. Everything was really good. The second visit, it was Happy Hour again and we go the chips and salsa - plenty of chips were given for the big cup of salsa. Then, we had the pretzels and they came out super fresh. They were nice and hot, fluffy on the inside. We dipped in the cheese and it was really good. The service on both visits was great. The servers/bartenders are very nice and they are efficient in greeting you, getting your food out and creating a great experience overall. read more

I came in today after receiving a FREE BIRTHDAY GIFT OFFER to redeem 6-ct Count Wings!!! This was my first time at this location. When I first came in, the seating room was empty so only the bar was opened. I didn't see any greeter, so I had to go around to the bar to ask for help. I placed an online order so I let the barista know that I was there to pick it up. She redirected me to the front and told me she would let someone know I was there since there wasn't anyone there when I first came in. Luckily though, by the time I came around I noticed that the host was already helping someone else. So that was a relief. I patiently waited for the guest to finish her order before letting the host know I was ready to pick up my order. He told me he had just bagged up my wings and knew EXACTLY which order it was! After he was finished, he went to the back and grabbed my order. He was very kind, I wish I wrote down his name (sorry!) I ordered Asian Zing flavored wings and my goodness, they were sooo good!! I ordered them with ranch, carrots and celery and this pairing made my Birthday Dinner delectable! I give my overall experience a 5/5. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't have the same look and feel it once had. I had an overall okay experience. I ordered the boneless wings with Buffalo sauce, which is usually my go-to. The flavor was solid, but a few of the wings were a bit too bread-crumb heavy, which took away from the balance of the sauce and chicken. They weren't bad, just not as good as they could be. The place actually wasn't busy when we went, which made the service pretty quick and the staff was friendly and attentive. One thing that stood out though was the pricing on beers, over $10 for a domestic beer feels pretty steep for a wing spot. I'd definitely recommend going during happy hour if you can so you get a better deal. Overall the experience was decent. I would give negative stars if I could cause 1 star is 1 too many. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this store. An employee called my husband a "wetback," which is an offensive racial slur. I called the store afterward hoping to resolve the situation professionally. Instead of listening, the manager denied that it ever happened, told me to stop calling the store, and hung up on me. When I called back to ask why I was being treated this way and why racist language had been used, she responded by saying, "I'm Mexican, you dumb whore," before hanging up on me again. No customer should ever be subjected to racist remarks or verbal abuse, and handling a complaint by insulting the customer and repeatedly hanging up is completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this incident seriously, reviews what happened, and provides appropriate training and accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. read more

Great place to watch UFC pay per view (PPV) events. You can even reserve a table ahead of time. Cover charge is $10. We got there at 5:30pm and the place was empty and we could pick just about any table we wanted. But by 7:30pm the place was packed. When I order wings I need to remember to ask for them wet. That way there's a good amount of sauce on them. I got 10 of the traditional bone in wings, half with Wild sauce. They're spicy enough to make your nose run, but not unmanageable. They have a nice flavor just like traditional hot wings. No molasses undertones. Next time I want to try the hottest wings they have which are the Blazin Knockout wings. You can pick a different sauce for every 5 wings. I usually get some Parmesan Garlic wings to balance everything else out. Of course I always love the Mango Habanero and the Asian Zing. Be sure to ask for carrots, celery, and ranch. The Hatch Queso dip and chips was great The Everything Pretzel Knots with extra cheese sauce were great. They're like mini buns that are very light and airy. The Tropical Margarita with mango and pineapple was great but rather sweet. I usually stick to the large sized Blue Moon beer. I was in Irvine and there was a Buffalo Wild Wings a short walk from my hotel so I paid them a visit - had been here before several months ago. The first thing that surprised me is that I was greeted by the bartender by name and he offered me the same thing to drink that I had last time. Hugo was not only a very friendly guy but he also had a great memory and made sure that I felt welcome. This time I was in the mood for a Chardonnay, which they only offered by the half bottle at an attractive price - it did me right. I ordered 6 bone in wings Hot and they were excellent- just the right size and with a high enough quality that you could easily strip them to the bone (see photo). The Hot was good but I was thinking that next time I might go a level higher and order Wild next time - it might not be the right move. There is a heavy emphasis on sports here and you frequently hear people screaming when their team scores. This is a great place to spend an evening. Terrible service and overall a really disappointing experience. I understand that places get busy on UFC nights, but waiting 40 minutes for drinks and food is completely unacceptable especially when you're charging a $10 entrance fee per person for the event. The entire night we were left hanging with barely any attention from staff. Orders took forever, drinks were delayed, and it felt like no one cared to check in or keep things moving. To make matters worse, the way they tried to handle the situation was by offering a $10 refund on the entrance fee, which doesn't really make up for spending the whole night waiting around instead of enjoying the fight. On top of that, two of the waiters--Emily and Riley--were particularly rude and dismissive when we tried to address the issues. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed and uninterested. If you're planning to watch a UFC fight here, be prepared for long waits, poor service, and a frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the cover charge. I ordered the all you can eat boneless wings with fries and salad. My first two flavors were bbq ranch and buffalo bleu. My favorite flavor was the buffalo bleu it was very good and not that spicy. The bbq ranch was very different tastes than what I thought it was going to be. The flavor was good but not my favorite. My second two flavors were Asian zing and Caribbean jerk. My family stopped here last week for a little lunch and football on the way home from a morning basketball game. They raved about the All-American cheeseburger! So today my husband asked if I wanted to pop in for little lunch and football date. We love Hatch Chiles so we both decided to try the Bacon Smashed Hatch chile cheeseburger with natural-cut fries. When the food came the first thing I noticed was the fries look like McDonald's fries. I was expecting thicker cut fries with a description like that. The burger was good but I didn't taste any bacon or Hatch Chile at all! So I disassembled up my burger and found a couple bacon bits smashed in the beef, but not nearly enough to be considered "bacon smashed" in the name. I also found two very insignificant pieces of chopped Chiles. Also not enough for it to be named in the burger. My husband's burger was exactly the same. This burger was $17.49. The burger they got last week was $14.49. We paid $3 extra each for burgers that weren't worth it. I have to say that the service was excellent though! So good that I hate giving only 3 stars. Our server was fast, efficient, attentive, and very kind. AND he had A LOT of tables! At one point the bartender swooped by asking if I needed a Diet Pepsi refill. The server had already asked me, but she got it for me faster and let him know. That's a great team. I also love that they put the Broncos game on when we walked in wearing our gear, and we didn't even have to ask. This is a really great place to watch the UFC fights. The Irvine location does not stream them. There is a $10 cover charge per person for watching. I recommend booking in advance as it does fill up. You can request a booth if you book in advance. A lot of people definitely come in for the game, so it gets really lively and lots of energy. It's really fun and you can order 30 wings for like $50. You can't go wrong with lemon pepper, buffalo or Asian tzing. They have lots of screens everywhere so you're guaranteed to get a good view. read more
