We arrived on time, only to find at least 50 people crammed into the lobby with barely any room to move. When we finally made it to check-in, the hostess casually mentioned they were running 30 minutes behind. We continued checking in and were repeatedly told we were "close," which clearly wasn't the case. I really wish they had been upfront about the actual wait time, we would have left instead of standing there for over an hour. For a restaurant that's been around this long, it's disappointing to see this level of overbooking and lack of organization, especially for a major holiday where people don't have many other options for food due to many other places being closed.

Perfection for a cheesesteak! Ingredients were plentiful, and on an extremely cold winter night it was very welcoming. The staff was beyond friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. I noticed the staff was always cleaning. I've ate at several Charley locations: military bases: Fort Knox, Fort Benning, Fort Hunter Liggett, Fort Huachuca and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, and Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY. Our mains which were the boneless combo came out cold, even though we had to wait on one entree because the kitchen sauced them wrong, so i'm wondering how something could be fresh yet cold. Unfortunately our server Bethany Ann wasn't very attentive to our table as she was some other patrons in the restaurant, so about 10-15 minutes after our alcoholic beverages hit the table I was able to tell her we weren't fans of them and asked to replace them with a mule. She told me because they are specialty drinks she could not take them back, and she didn't talk about replacing them. I have never heard of this rule in my years of dinning so I wondered if it was specific to Hooters, unfortunately I didn't get to ask management in person so if someone could confirm or deny that statement, it would be appreciated! We also ordered them at the same time we did our appetizer and entree and didn't get our drinks until 10-15 minutes after our appetizer hit the table.
