Ordered through Uber Eats. It was a complete cluster. You would think they had never taken an order from Uber eats before. First, I ordered the pick 2. One item I selected was tilapia (2pcs) and gizzards. The other item I selected was traditional wings (4 pcs). When my driver arrived at the store, they informed him that the tilapia and gizzards are 2 separate items. Instead of calling me while they were preparing my order, they waited until he arrived. He was doing a good job by checking the food before leaving with it. My driver called me to tell me this, so he handed the phone to the person working at the store and he told me the same thing. I told him that's ok, make me the gizzards then (since I only ordered that item for the gizzards and they weren't available anywhere else on the menu). He said ok and we disconnected. Not a minute later my driver called back to tell me they were out of gizzards and handed me over again. I told the guy to just make me another order of the wings for my second item. He said ok. A minute later, ANOTHER call to tell me that the manager said no, I could not have the additional wings. I had to take the tilapia. I told them ok, just cancel the order. This place has good food, but they are SLOWEWWWW! When the ladies are in they move the line inside And are ABLE to take call in orders! Tonight we tried calling ahead, but a few things happened. The phone rang for a long time. When the guy finally answered the phone the First call he said "hold on" then all the while he was talking to customers in the store. After 7 minutes we tried calling on a second cell but the LINE WAS BUSY! What a joke. We hung up and called back only not able to get through for another 2 or so minutes. Finally the second call was answered, but still the guy was talking to customers. After yelling "Hello" several times the guy responded to me on the phone. I asked if he was taking call in orders. He tells me he's really busy. I went ahead and ordered, but did not take a name before hanging up. This is our third visit since they opened in January 2020. The previous visits was pleasant the young lady at the register greeted everyone and made sure to check all orders before patrons left. The food is cooked to order which is good. Decided to order Catfish through uber eats today to give them another try and that was a complete disaster! I ordered "Beef, Steak, chicken cheese fries" and what I received was fries with cheese & ground meat. So i called the store and told them i was missing the Steak & chicken. The very unfriendly girl that answered told me i was wrong and that your only supposed to get 1 meat. Well.. according to their website when you click the "Beef, steak, chicken cheese fries" there is no where stating only 1 meat! Also there is no where to put which meat i wanted!! I was expecting 3 meats! If you go to Uber eats app and click on the "beef, steak, chicken cheese fries" it also does not state anywhere that it's supposed to be 1 meat! The food arrived hot and well seasoned, we tipped via the app. The portions are large: the chicken strips could feed two adults; the crispy Philly was warm and gooey on a bed of fries, I could only eat half; the shrimp order was delicious. I got 3 wings and 2 large catfish fillets and my wife ordered the shrimp basket and 2 catfish fillets - both came with fries. The fries were a little limp when I got home, but they were tasty. Pick up in 20min, got food home it was piping hot. The crispy philly was delicious a little greasy but what do expect from a deep fried philly :-) The regular philly was decent but its done hoagie style with lettuce, tomato etc not the traditional onions and cheese whiz. The big stars of the show were the chicken tenders and wings, the tender are huge, and the wings are full wings, crispy, fresh and tasty, the fries are awesome too!!!
