Been there twice in the past 6 weeks, first time I got boneless and was really hungry and looking forward to some fried chicken only to get dry chicken that has barely any sauce on it. My reaction was to think that it was a bad day for them and gave them another chance, this time ordering bone-in wings. Same story only this time in addition to being dry they were also soggy. I'm not white, but I feel that Black people get the preferred treatment. I thought nothing of it until other yelpers pointed it out. I feel that this would suffice as a stop for lunch or even a treat after a game or eben a hang out spot. It even helps that this place is open until 11 pm for any cravings. I only had to wait 10 minutes for my food. It helps that you can choose wings or chicken tenders. I had some of their potato salad and it was a good side item with the wings. Also I personally prefer the parmesean Hawaiian sause, but they also have way more spicier options for the daring. It seems to be a place to head over to every now and then. read more

I walked in - leading at least 9 other customers, including a late walk in who was an internet order. Every other customer was served in a timely manner. Myself, and every other white person in the restaurant waited 30 minutes for our food. I was served last. I was first in, and I ordered first. They threw my wings in the bag sideways, so the oil leaked out in my car. The half assed apology I received was accompanied with a very self-satisfied smile. I don't care what color you are - when I come in with my friend and they get their order 20+ minutes before I get mine - that's chicken discrimination. Walked in on a Monday morning after a bank run, I ordered the 10 piece traditional, half lemon pepper and the other Parmesan Garlic. I liked the lemon pepper, I won't get the PG again. The service was great, the lady took my order had a no attitude she even asked if it was our first time and walked us through. The food was done in a timely manner didn't even wait 15 mins. Called in a carry out order Sat night. When I got there my order was not ready by time they told me. Had to wait 40 more minutes!!!! What I witnessed while waiting was a horrifically managed restaurant with the rudest woman working the register. She was foul mouthed and treated customers and staff poorly. There was a food delivery person in the lobby waiting for an order. The delivery person asked how long the order would be, explained the order was already late and that previous drivers had unassigned. The woman working said 8 minutes more at most and assured her it would probably be even less. After the delivery person waited 20-30 more minutes and asked about the order again, the cashier yelled at the Grubhub driver and told her to leave. I could not believe how horrible this cashier was. When I finally got my order and brought it home, they shorted me 4 wings and the rolls were doughy. I will never be back again. Owners pay your staff better, stop taking orders when you get behind and stop using delivery drivers if you can't get their orders completed in a timely manner. They do not get paid for waiting around 30 minutes, especially when lied to and verbally abused by staff. Get rid of that foul trashy woman working the register. She is driving your customers away. I won't be back and neither will the many people who were waiting an excessive amount of time in the lobby. I witnessed 6 delivery drivers leave in disgust after waiting too long for their orders. I don't understand all the complaints, but I am a fan of Wingstop! I work within the mall so I eat it pretty often for lunch or afterwork especially on Mon and Tues when the boneless wings are only 60 cents. I usually get lemon pepper and parmesean garlic my favorite! The breading is really good, having tried traditional wings yet. Also don't forget to get their fries... mmmm the seasoning is super addictive. The staff is really accomadating and nice so I never had an issue, will continue to come back! read more

if i can give this wingstop a no star i would, i really hate this location in roseville mn. i went in there with my wife to have a quick lunch we ordered our food which was over $30 and went to sit down waiting on our order to be called. while waiting we hear all the employees in the back singing and having fun like their at a party. 40 minutes go by i go to counter and the girl at the register ask me if i need a to go box. how can i need a to go box with no food, my response i never received my food. they acted as if they never knew what we ordered or anything and the cashier that took our order was just standing there with no response. read more

Do not confuse wing stop with pizza hut's wing street-they are worlds apart! I like that everything is made to order, dig the WW2 decor, pretty reasonable pricing. So I called tonight at 7:39pm to order wings and the girl told me my wings would be ready about 10 min or sooner. I get there around 7:55pm to pay and pick up my wings. So after I paid I sat down to wait for my food. I saw there was 2 orders ready in bags but didn't think that was my order so I just waited. People walked in after me and ordered and got their food before me so about 8:15pm, 20 mine after I paid. I finally got up and the girl asked me have you ordered. I said yes you don't remember. She said no what was your name and then I told her my name and and said oh let me check if your order is ready. Then said said oh your order is right here. So my order sat there for longer than 20 mins. Because my bag was sitting there when I walked in and paid. Once she gave it to me I opened to check my food and the wing and fries were cold. I was so mad because I needed to be somewhere and couldn't ask them to remake my wings. This isn't right she should have know my wings were right there. read more

After my last experience at wing stop was less than satisfactory my boyfriend and I decided to give it another go this evening since we just love the wings so much. We walked in at 11:15 and were told that unless we had placed orders prior that they could not take our order as the "kitchen was closed". If your kitchen closes at 1115 then why are you open until 12?? In addition, we were not the only ones being told we would not be served. 4+ parties had walked in within the time id been there and only one had already placed an order. A woman outside said it was too bad and they had just taken her order 2 seconds before we walked in!! The last time we visited a woman was not charging us for sauces on the screen but still making us pay for them and keeping the sauce money as her tips, and now this time they won't serve anyone after 11? This place is really loosing money due to employees being lazy and or greedy!! I love your wings but this place would do so much better with staff that actually care about the company. My boyfriend and I ourselves would have spent $30-$40 on food and the other parties probably would have spent the same but instead the business lost out on $$ since they wanted to close early. The service is absolutely terrible but the food is mostly delicious. Every time I went here they got my order completely wrong. A few times when I got what I wanted it tasted really good, but then when it was wrong it tasted terrible- probably because I wouldn't order what I don't like. The problem was miscommunication, abhorrently. I asked for a recommendation similar to buffalo wings but not too spicy, they offered Louisiana Rub. So I got that and it was orange sauce like buffalo wings and tasted really good. But they gave me ranch instead of bleu cheese and wouldn't fix it. Oh well, whatever. Next time I ordered Louisiana Rub they give me this dry rub that is so salty it tastes like 10 ramen packets on it, I kid you not. I called back and asked them about it, I was not complaining but trying to get help answering what happened. They guy on the phone kept turning it into an argument, everything I said he purposely disagreed with instead of trying to help answer my question. Very quickly he interrupted, dismissed me and said to call back to talk to the manager in the morning with my "complaint", which I never had. I never got help figuring out the names of the sauces I liked, I have no idea what the menu items mean, and every time besides just these times they have given me something different for the same names. You might order extra spicy and receive something like mild garlic flavor for all you know. They never get it right, and when you try to get help to fix it they dismiss you before you can even explain. The few times their food was delicious was actually accidental, by giving a friend the wrong order but it happened to be something I liked. It's tempting to not boycott them just because of that, but everything else is so shitty and I know I won't get what I want when I order, so what's the point? There are some 10-point assholes for managers there, and I work in customer service so I don't hold people to high standards. read more

When I first saw the glorious Wing Stop sign shining brightly on a warm summer day, I thought I was hallucinating because it was just too good to be true. When the open sign flashed on I screamed at the top of my lungs and had to stop myself from jumping out of a moving car to make it to the entrance. I'm pretty sure the guy setting up the outside tables and chairs thought I was getting kidnapped or something. As the first wing stop location in Minnesota, I have to say they do a fantastic job of holding up the Wing stop name and reputation. Wings have been perfect every time! You cannot beat those garlic Parmesan wings!!! They fry the chicken fresh so it's juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside and they sprinkle a generous portion of grated Parmesan and fresh garlic on top. Call in 15 minutes early for an order because it does take a little longer to get an order. If you eat in the restaurant, be prepared to leave your trash on your table because it's their policy to not have trash cans on site and to clean up for their patrons read more

Great food. The pitfalls of this place is their sever lack of organization and attention to detail. On super bowl Sunday, a number of friends and I placed individual orders (combo meals) in the morning/afternoon for pickup at 5pm. We arrived with the expectation of a line to pay and pickup our food. We paid for our food after about 10 mins of waiting. We waited and waited and waited for our food, watching people that did not preorder their food, get their food and leave. After 35 minutes of waiting past our pickup time we got our food. When we got home a couple of us had wrong orders, some of us were missing things we had ordered. Point is, great food, but skip on this place if it is a busy time. read more

Despite a few negative reviews about this place, I think those people are off their rocker. I ordered a 10 piece meal with 5 parmesean and garlic wings and 5 mango habanero and Cajun fries. I also ordered a coleslaw and a large side of nacho cheese sauce and let me tell you the amount of cheese they give you is way to much. There was enough sauce for my fries and enough to take home and use for a full bag of nacho chips. The Cajun fries were tasty, and the wings were awesome, especially the garlic parmesean ones, they were da bomb, I loved them. The bleu cheese dip was the best I have ever had with wings, and for the people out there who said the parmesean garlic wings were subpar you must be on crack. The coleslaw was subpar, it tasted identical to KFC which I am not a fan of. My only gripe with this place is I thought the wings were a little on the small side and the mango habanero wings could have been a bit spicier. It's nice to see some competition with Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. We ordered takeout from Wingstop and would happily come back again. The wings were in the same container, but the employees were careful to put enough paper in-between the different flavors so that they didn't touch. The wings were generous in size and we enjoyed the two flavors we had (Louisiana Rub and Original Hot). The hot sauce had a reasonable amount of heat, nothing too overpowering but enough to get a kick. If it came down to getting wings from BWW or here, I'd much rather come here. read more

Ordered the family pack over the phone for Superbowl Sunday. Everything smelled delicious on the drive home. Got home and opened up the three sets of wings only to discover the skinniest, smallest wings I've ever seen. At least a third of the wings were mostly bone and cartilage with a sliver of meat. Really? What irritated me even more was when an employee questioned the manager on the wisdom of such a comment she was told that it was ok that they were already plenty busy. I went to the Roseville, MN location and this was my first time going to a Wingstop. I was impressed. The wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings, cheaper, and bigger. I ordered the regular wings in mango habanero and hot sauce. I wanted to write this however because of the stellar customer service. I had requesed a $0.79 add-on of blue-cheese sauce to the lady when ringing up. When I received my wings, I said to the genltleman, "where's my blue cheese"? The lady had apparently forgot to ring me up for blue-cheese. I said to him, "never mind, it's not important" because I don't feel like using my debit card to ring up $0.79. I sat down to eat, and 5 minutes later, the same gentleman came from the back and gave me a free cup of blue-cheese dipping sauce and asked me how everything was. That really impressed me because it's the little things that stands out and he made a mistake turn into something really Positive. When we left, he asked us again how things were and thanked us for coming in. That is super impressive; I never get that level of customer-service at Buffalo Wild Wings. If Wingstop changes their dining area to be like Buffalo Wild Wings (i.e. a place where people can congregate to watch sports), I imagine they can easily jeopardize the mighty stance of Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere was like a casual quick dine-in (ala Quiznos) - not conducive for large gatherings. For me, I order more food than I can eat in large gatherings. Regardless, I will recommend this place to friends and know where to go to when I need wings. read more

First off I want to say I love Wingstop. This place was ok. Went in and asked for a specific flavor and was told by the cashier they didn't have it. Was bummed out since I've been waiting for this place to open for a while now. I ended up asking a guy which happened to be the owner and he was able to fix the situation right away, so now I'm happy. I got home opened my container and was beyond disappointed. I first like how the place feels when you come into the door. I work in the area and been waiting for the place to open for a while. But it was a short wait for my food. The only thing was they forgot to give me a cup for the drink that I got with my food. The fries were AMAZING. I was here on Tuesday so boneless wings were only 0.60 per wing. I ordered 20 (10 Lemon Chicken) (10 Cajun) The lemon chicken was good not too much lemon to overpower the flavor of the chicken. The cajun has a strong smell of spices to them , I was kind of scared at first to try to eat them. Whatever the spices they put n the fries is very tasty! When the Owner/ Manager came in to the restaurant he asked if everything tasted good and if I was using the free wifi (which this is how I am writing this review!) Wow I just got to eating the Cajun wings. Holy crap they are spicy! Good thing I had a drink I am curious with how the "Atomic" flavored wings are??I forgot to mention that the lemon chicken wings have a lemon-butter sauce, which in moderation is good, but a lot it makes the food too buttery So far I would recommend the restaurant to my friends/family/coworkers It is way better than Buffalo Wild Wings which is not far away, it is not loud and noisy and way faster and better food/ service at Wingstop. Another plus was that they had tvs but not blasted they were quiet and had ESPN on the tv. there not a distraction. That is why I am giving the Wing Stop in Roseville 5/5 Stars!!!
