We ordered our food online so that we could get to our friends to enjoy the game. Got there and our order was ready. We ordered boneless and received bone in. We related to the acting manager our order was wrong. The manager with out even eye contact stated "oh snap" and said we will have your boneless in 15 minutes. No apology no respect. I became frustrated with this person and related my disappointment. Since he was disrespectful I started questioning him on who checked the order. He then turned to me now making eye contact and said "I am going to have to ask you to leave sir". When I challenged him further he stated I was rude and need to leave. I never yelled or used profanity. I simply asked him to be responsible and answer for his mistake. I was not looking for free food. His mistake caused us to be late to our engagement with no wings as we promised our friends. He ruined out night with his actions and words. Wing stop is a great place I really love it. I will not go to this location and will be sure all the people I know are cognoscente of this experience. My advice to the real manager is to reconsider this persons employment. A job is a blessing and should not be under appreciated. I would really like to see if their management even reads this. I am expecting an apology from the offender. read more

We've had better wings but this place is close to the house and I didn't feel like driving further. Came here with my daughter,she likes their lemon pepper bone in wings. I ordered the parmesan boneless wings but wasn't really impressed. My boneless wings look like popcorn chicken with sprinkled parmesan cheese on it.The service was little slow and the place is a little odd. There is only 1 place you can get napkins from, no trash cans anywhere and you also have to ask for drink refills. I will be back since my daughter really likes their lemon pepper wings. Boy this place has really gone downhill! We used to order from them all the time during football season. Fries don't taste the same. There was no seasoning on them. Always great wings with the perfect amount of burn. Original Hot has a great spice level and balance of flavor. The staff is always polite and efficient at getting you in and out. We frequent this location often as its only 2 miles from the house. My only complaint would be in the packaging department. I just left here and the Manager is racist, racist, racist! I work for a delivery service and I was picking up an order. A fellow delivery person came in right behind me ( we deliver for the same company) she got her order left no problem. When my order was ready the manager then goes what's your name... I told her. Then she says here's the order.... Mind you no one has ever asked me my name before... I asked her "why did you ask me my name?" She replied "incase the doesn't get there" I said " why wouldn't the food get there, it's my job to deliver it? You didn't take the last girls name, i feel like this is incredibly racist!" Not to mention that girl was Mexican and so was this Manager.. so then I asked for her name... She would not give it to me in addition to that she kept cutting me off. This is a difficult review to write. The food was good and pretty much as expected. The service was quite friendly. Decent price, everything was just fine. But nothing really stood out. I have been to Wing Stop all over the US, I order the same thing every time, extra crispy, all flat, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. I have purchased this order 2x since being in Austin and both times the chicken was sloppily cooked with feathers, tons of grease, hardly any seasoning and the grease of course kills the crunch. I came in on a very busy Friday evening after placing my order online and there was two very miserable women who had just ordered and were being extremely rude to the cashier complaining about how they tried to call in and didn't get an answer and also telling everyone who came in how bad the service is. They seemed to be understaffed and super busy so I can understand how they may not have received the call. She was here before me working for a food delivery service. When I came in she respectfully asked when the order she was delivering would be ready. She was told 12:01 and received her food at 12:14. Redemption deserving of praise!! So a couple of days ago I had a bad experience at the Wing stop on East Palm Valley in Round Rock, TX. I wrote a review detailing my experience and I heard back from the Store manager (Sandra) and the Marketing Director in San Antonio, (Ariana). Both of them were apologetic and wanted to make things right. Both reached out to me independent of the other, they were concerned because they knew that my experience was unacceptable. They didn't make any excuses they just wanted an opportunity to make it right for me as a valued customer. The store manager called me and asked me to give them another chance and assured me that she would guarantee that my order would be prepared to my satisfaction. I believe in second chances because I been given a second chance in life. The store manager told me whenever I was ready give her a call and she'd take care of me......and she did!! Today 04/24/2020 I called her placed my order and when I went to pick it up, everything was absolutely perfect!! I'm new to the Round Rock area and this was my first time at this Wing Stop. I called ahead to order my food so that it would be ready when I came out of the HEB with my groceries. However when I sent my daughter inside the cashier tells her someone already picked up our food my daughter immediately came to the car to tell me what happened. When I went inside the cashier and manager where both stand at the register laughing. I'm not sure why and what they thought was funny very unprofessional. I asked what happened with my order they said someone came in and verified the order and name and they gave them my food. I don't understand how this could happened. The cashier did indicate that the person said they did not order blue cheese and my order was all blue cheese. The manager did not apologize to me she asked me 3 time do you want us to remake the order I had answer each time saying yes I come here for wings. I will NEVER go to this Wing Stop again. My friends and I entered this Wing Stop at 11:50 pm, knowing that they were in the process of closing by 12:00 midnight. The manager on duty, Wayne, was a gracious host and more than willing to provide us with our order, even though they had already started cleaning the restaurant in order for the employees to leave and be home to their own families in a timely manner. Wayne and his team provided excellent service to us, regardless of the fact that doing so meant that they all would leave work late, cutting into their personal time in order to provide us with the food and service we requested. In all, our experience with Wayne and his closing staff was fantastic, and we truly appreciate them going the extra mile in order to provide the exact same service as they would a guest visiting at a normal time. As someone who works in food service, I understand how easy it is to become irritated at a guest coming in minutes before closing time, and that it can sometimes lead to inferior service. This was not the case at Wing Stop tonight, and I believe that is a reflection of Wayne's excellent management skills and ability to hire, train and maintain employees who are as dedicated to service excellence as he is.
