Food is VERY good, only problem I have with this Wingstop restaurant was that they take FOREVER. I went in ALREADY with a online order ready to pick up, I went in expecting to get my order they said they didn't get the online order I had to show a receipt and they said it wouldn't long, they lied. Last two times have not been good. My wife and I normally do not eat wings very often however, we didn't want to drive all the way to Harlingen so we stopped after shopping at the HEB grocery store. This was the second time where they could not get the wings cooked all the way. I had the tenders which were just ok. My wife had the original bone-in wings which had blood near the bone. Since this is the second time in 4 months this has happened here, we will not be back. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE OVERALL. Every single time we order online and pick up at the restaurant, our food is refried to the point that the boneless chicken wings are super tough to eat and there is never enough sauce on the wings. Today's order had a total of 20 wings the size of a quarter (forgot to take pictures) and I called the store to advise them and no one ever picked up. The fries were very dark brown and the oil was soaked through them which tells me they were either refried again or sitting in the oil instead of being drained. In working in the food industry myself I know they don't change out the oil as often as they should. To top it off the ranch and blue cheese dressing was watered down to the point of having a milk like consistency! I continue to order from here because this is the closest store to me and continue to give them the benefit of the doubt but this will have to be the last time I order from here. It will definitely be worth the drive to surrounding cities. There have been numerous complaints about this store but management never seems to take action. Regional office will be notified. Sorry San Benito Wingstop but I am always willing to accept an average mess up with my order here and there, but this is over the 5th time and something needs to change. read more

5 star for cleanlines and for telling me the wait time ahead of time. The wings are great. If your coming for lunch time call ahead or get ready for a minimum of 15 minute wait time. My faves here are lemon pepper and garlic parmesion. Tip all ways ask if there are any specials or promotions going on. read more
