Only giving them 1 star because you can't leave 0. I ordered 3 hours in advance for 10 wings and jalapeño poppers on SB Sunday. Order was received by the restaurant 45 minutes prior to pick up, confirmed by text. I showed up 10 mins later than the requested pick up time. Place was absolutely empty. I was the only customer in there. Lady up front told me it would be another 20 minutes and was rude about it. No apology, no offers to make up for it, not even a drink while I waited.
