Weeks of silence after making repeated promises tells me everything I need to know about this company. Buffalo Wild Wings had every opportunity to resolve this professionally and failed at every level imaginable. Restaurant management failed. Franchise ownership failed. Corporate failed. People deserve to be served food that hasn't been tainted or under-cooked. Buffalo Wild Wings apparently doesn't care about that.
