Tonight, I had an order placed. 2 chicken sandwiches. 2 fries. 10 wings. It said the order would be ready to be picked up at 7:33. I got there about 7:30ish. There was a couple people in line ahead of me and it took around 5-10 minutes for any 1 of the 5 workers to come up to the front to check if anyone was ordering or picking up. So they finally did and the wait was on. 20 minutes go by and I was gonna go up to the counter to ask about my order, but decided to wait and maybe see how long it would take for them to either bring my food or ask me again my name for the order. So person after person comes in and not once did they come to the front to see if they were gonna order or pick up. They only came up once an order was complete to announce the name. They called order after order after order. Maybe about 6 or 7 orders before finally calling mine. I'm not upset they got called first, cuz they probably had their order placed online too. I actually thought it was funny that as soon as a couple different people walked in their name they as called and they were out as quick as they were in. One hour and 2 minutes. That's how long I waited in the store for my food to be finished. Plus the 20-30 once the order was placed to the time it was supposed to be ready. And not even a "sorry for the wait" which I did hear them say to someone was waiting for like 10 minutes. Not one time that I've gone to this location have I had a good experience service wise. The weird thing is. It's not just this location. I haven't had a good experience at any Wingstop I've ever been too. 3 different locations. It's like they go out of their way to hire people who don't care. If you have taken your time to read all this, I suggest you don't waste your time here.
