They agreed to remake the order but after over an hour we still had not received the order. I called the location to see what was going on, and they said they had no drivers for the order. After waiting another hour, I decided to drive to the location but I called to ask them to remake the order so I could pick up fresh food. Bryan refused to remake the food. When we got home, we discovered mine and my husband's wings were missing, our kids received their sandwiches and strips, nothing for my husband and I. We called to let them know and they told us to come back. We live nowhere near this restaurant and only ordered because we left Kaiser appointments in that area. We were not driving back with a crying baby in traffic that took us 46 minutes to get home. We requested a refund that we were told would take 10 business days. They promised us a $20 refund for the 20+ wings we did not get. I'm really irritated that now I have to take time out of my day to file a complaint with BBB for "failure to deliver goods and services." The chicken was tough and overcooked. There was a good mix of wings and drumsticks. It's unfortunate that they don't include one sauce for free with your order and any sauces cost extra. I have never been so disappointed by any customer service, as much as I am with this specific location. I didn't believe when I was told that this was a horrible location up until I went myself. Let me tell you, the rumors are true. There's usually two or three workers and most of the times that I've came only one worker does anything at all. The last time that I was here it literally took me 1hr and like 15 minutes for my food. Ridiculous. As for the place, it's so dirty. They never have any drinks, no napkins. No tables ever available. Do not do any kind of mobile ordering from this location. We ordered a 50 piece online so you would think they would get it right but they didn't. Placed the order early in the day for a 5pm pick up. My daughter went to go pick it up for a party starting at 530. My daughter shows up and they hand her 1 bag, she looked at them confused and said "is this everything?" They tell her yes. I get to the part and she hands me the 1 bag, now I'm looking at her confused because 50 wings, fries and sauces all fit in the 1 bag that mind you felt really light.
