The 'Not Good' one star rating doesn't even begin to describe what I would call this place. All the people who put a three stars or higher are absolutely out of their minds, are probably paid by the owner, or have no idea what a food establishment should even begin to look like. Let's start with what caused me to even write this. The fact that I saw two different employees WIPE THEIR NOSES on MULTIPLE occasions, NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, and then HANDLE FOOD!! Absolutely disgusting, people have staph in their noses, and I could have gotten incredibly sick, its's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Another thing, is that the toilet was completely broken, would not even flush. I walk in, and there is brown water and toilet paper building up, and it smells like complete sewage. Besides that, the food took AT LEAST 30 minutes for 6 wings and some fries! The staff were moping around and just chucking food into bags as fast as possible, and the atmosphere was just grotesque and depressing. Now the food - We've been ordering from Wingstop on Friday nights for the last 4 weeks. So safe to say we're fans! I'll review what we got. The traditional wings - have a decent amount of meat and the sauces have yet to disappoint. The boneless wings - the boneless wings were meaty and again, the sauces were delish! The drinks - We get a kick out of ordering drinks. We always order un-sweetened tea. It's a gamble if we get the unsweet or something else. The corn - IS SO GOOD The Fries - believe it or not, even through delivered, the fries are pretty good! Wow! First of all, half the time employees dont even notice when people walk in, or they straight up ignore them. I finally asked about an update and instead of them agreeing they dropped the ball they finally notice and was told 4 min instead of apologizing . The other thing I have never experienced was that there was 0 trash cans to throw away my food. Was I supposed to walk by the kitchen and throw it there. I notice everyone was trowing their trash outside, which even that one was completely full and bags sitting next to it. I placed an order online at 5 PM and the website said my order would be ready at 5:30. I got there at 5:30 and asked for my order, only to find out they had given it to the wrong person. They started to remake my order and I have now been waiting for an additional 20 minutes. Opened it up and started eating and almost the entire order was wrong... we ordered all boneless wings, 15 Hawaiian, 15 garlic Parmesan, 4 lemon pepper, and 6 Cajun, with 3 large fries with fry seasoning. What we received was boneless wings (at least they got that right), 15 Hawaiian, 19 lemon pepper, and 6 original hot. NO garlic parm and NO Cajun. And to top it off the fries had lemon pepper seasoning and not fry seasoning. The original hot tasted like straight vinegar, and the lemon pepper was so greasy and oily there was a puddle in the box. To begin we walked in and were waiting to be attended, meanwhile there were 6 employees just standing there looking clueless. They took our order without any issues but then took about half an hour for the food to come out. Even then our order was missing a side of fries. The maintenance of the restaurant is non existent, ALL the tables were filthy and had trash on them. As a former employee I wanted to give the crew who was working on 4/7/24 at around 1:15pm a shout out. I ordered an 8 boneless combo with voodoo fries and every thing was very good. The only exception was that I could tell my fries were reheated but it wasn't a huge issue because they were the voodoo fries.
