I've ordered from this location a few times now and they've been great. Both orders were takeout but I've been impressed each time. One time I ordered in to go and another time by phone. This location is quick, accurate and friendly every time. The food has been fresh and no issues. Ordering by phone was a breeze. My local wing stop rarely answers the phone for phone orders so imagine my surprise when on a busy Friday evening my call was taken right away. Order was ready and perfectly packaged by the time I got there. The gals working the takeout orders and register were very nice and personable. I don't always come on here to rave about fast food / chain type places but when someone continues to do it right, I love to come on to give a little shoutout. In the beginning this place was horrible but once they figured out how to get the orders out on time and made sure items were actually in the bag things got a lot better and now it's pretty much the go to spot. They improved tremendously. 100% will continue to give them my business. read more

I ordered 20 piece boneless wings (original hot, mago habanero, lemon pepper, and Buffalo) and paid the Hispanic lady 20+ dollars. Waited 15 minutes for my food and went home. When I pulled out my food found out it was way wrong. Went back and the Hispanic lady was telling a person that they couldn't order in the store because of the time and that they had to order online. I had ordered in the store. When I spoke to the Hispanic lady again, she said "but that's what you order" and I told her "no I literally told you the 4 flavors I wanted and got bone in original wings only."
