I was hesitant on ordering based on the reviews but overall the experience wasn't bad. We ordered the 20 Boneless Wings meal that comes with your choice of up to 4 flavors, a large fry and 2 dips. $17.99. My husband ordered two spicy hot flavors and I ordered the mild and Hawaiian flavors. They cranked all 20 into one box and the juice from the spicy got on my milder ones so that wasn't cool. The fries were so salty that we barely ate any sadly. We also added on a side of 2 crispy tenders. They were super moist and had a great batter. I'm not a fan of bleu cheese but Wingstop has a really good thick one. Actually preferred it over the ranch dressing since it didn't drip off my wings. We ordered for pickup and it was ready to go at the stated time. Will definitely be back. read more

Wingstop isn't the best wing place around but Utah is really running this brand into the ground for me. This specific location opted to give me plain wings when I ordered hot honey wings...strike 1. Ordered 2 combos which come with drinks and wasn't offered a drink carrier. Customer service 101 says 2 drinks + 1 big bag of food + 1 customer with no help = offer assistance of some sort...strike 2. Wingstop ranch is top tier but I have yet to come across a Wingstop in Utah that does it correctly...strike 3. While my kid love a good plain tender meal this mama likes flavor and Wingstop no longer stacks up. They get 2 stars because I will give them credit the fries were crispy like I like them...my wings not so much. read more

Ordered takeout with some friends. Good service. I was surprised the boneless wings were still quite crispy after sitting there for about 20 minutes. The wings were alright. Some flavors were kinda weird. I did not like the hickory smoked BBQ much. The lemon pepper was okay, a bit sour for me. I REALLY liked the garlic parmesan! I would give it a 3.5/5 if I could, but I decided to put a 4/5 for now because I think other sauces that I haven't tried might taste better. Ordered takeout for the first NFL game. This was my first time ordering from wing stop. I had the Cajun wings. Spicy and delicious. I didn't try the other wings, but was told that they were really good. For football season you gotta have wings. We would order them again. read more

HORRIBLE "service" Hunter was extremely rude and hung up on me after I called about not receiving my order through doordash.

Usually get the wings and love them. Thought we try the Maple Sriracha Chicken Sandwich for National chicken Sandwich day. What a mistake. The chicken was moist but hard. I mean very hard. Perhaps it was chicken collagen but it was not edible. The 3 stars is for previous experience as I love the wings. For the chicken sandwich I would give it a negative 5 stars. It was literally like chewing a rubber sole on sneakers. I would stay away from this sandwich as you will be disappointed unless you like hard chicken. read more

Amazing service. They are fast and friendly. The quality of the chicken is top notch. Better than any of the other fast food chicken I can think of. They only issues are 1) they are a little pricey for what you get. 2) the fries are awful. Like D tier or worse. So I just don't get the fries anymore. But that won't stop me from continuing to go to Wingstop when I'm jonesing for some chicken. read more

I was the only customer. There were 4 employees I could see in the kitchen. I was not informed that if I got the boneless rather than bone-in it would be half price. I don't know what flavor I got, but it wasn't Hawaiian. It took nearly minutes to get my order, again, despite being the only customer. The music coming from the kitchen area was so loud the cashier could barely hear me. The kitchen music (expletive laced rap or R and B) clashed horribly with the music (classic 80s) out by the tables. I had planned to dine in, but the loud clashing music chased me off. Which is too bad, because if I hadn't been 15 minutes away at home when I discovered the foul tasting wings, I could have had my order fixed inside. (The flavor tasted like a bad combo of Hawaiian and lemon pepper garlic. I had to wipe and rinse them off to eat them.) read more

The absolute WORST chicken I've ever had. The sandwich was 2 breasts sliced to paper thickness then beat to hell with a mallet. Heavily breaded and deep fried in a vat of oil for WAY too long and placed between two buns. Never knew chicken could taste so much like oil. Literally threw up in the parking lot. read more

Not sure what the attraction is to this place. My wife liked it more than I did....I never want to come back. The cashier recommended the boneless wings and the sandwich. The sandwich was ok....the boneless wings were disappointing. A few of the "wings" were more breading than meat. Low quality. Hope the bone-in wings are better, and we just got bad advice. This Wingstop is a new location in Saratoga Springs. The place is clean and has a few tables to dine in. Staff will take your garbage and clean up your table as the garbage bins are on the other side of the counter. I ordered the boneless special (20 boneless and a side) for under $19.00. I wished I had tried the bone-in wings though, the breading was a bit much for me but the flavors were good. Staff were friendly and nice as well. read more

I should give a 2 star rating, but the service here was great, so I can't rip them too badly. We dined in. The fries and wings were oily and had no crisp. This means that they're cooking in oil that is not nearly hot enough and/or pulling the food out of the fryer way too early. The fries were especially soft, oily, and underdone. The boneless wings were sitting in a pool of oil. All of this is easy to fix, so I'll check back soon to see if they've done some training to make sure this doesn't happen again. read more

I LOVE wing stop I eat it all the time, this is the second time i've ordered from this location and I don't know what the problem is here. My fries were all stuck together, the ranch tasted weird and had a weird consistency like jello. the chicken was fine but the hot honey flavor did not taste like the hot honey flavor I order all the time. I was so excited for this meal but was gravely disappointed. If you want wing stop I recommend trying a different location! read more

the worst food I ever had honestly. what is that Korean style chicken? it tastes like they socked it soy sauce and left it there , all the chicken were so bitter and the fries burnt and soggy. highly disappointed after being so glad they were opening in Saratoga springs. first of all, if you're going you want to call ahead. if you order when you get there, you're going to wait a looooong time. the fries were inedible. overcooked, limp and covered in spice.
