Hot Honey Dry Rub and Louisiana Dry Rub

Came at lunch and my order was ready when arrived which isn't normal at most Wingstop locations. Food tasted great. Fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Wings were delicious as always. I was greeted right when I walked in and served with a smile!

These French fries were burnt May have been left over from the day before

Burnt day old fries. I see why they seal the bag Before they give it to you. Won't be back to this location

Awful service, never on time. Going back to scalpers from now on. 74 minutes to get 20 wings when I ordered and paid for it on line.

Best fries around. Wings are usually good. Ordered online and when I got there I still had to wait 20 minutes.

Everything was tasty and still hot. I especially liked the honey biscuit because there was enough honey for every bite. I tried to call the Lakeshore location first with no answer and decided Monticello was closer. The entrance is very bright and the vibe is trendy urban. The first thing I noticed was the dessert station set up which is another business "Tina's Sweet Treats". It's one of those where you take the item and pay for it using a QR code. I love how business is so innovative now! My order was taken by a pleasant young lady who described all the optional ways the Creole Philly came. On a bun, on fries or rice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because at $15.50, I would expect a Philly to come as a sub with the fries. That being said I had to order fires separately and my order for 2 Chicken Phillies and fries was $41. I texted my son and told him their food better be good, lol. I stepped out and when my food was ready I received a phone call. Picked it up, headed home and because I was hungry, I ate the fried in the car. They were good, their sauce (which is more of a glaze) had a nice flavor. You could taste the hot sauce in it. By the time I got home which was a good 18 minute drive the sandwiches were still hot. My son ate a few fries and almost a whole side of his sub and said he was full. He was happy with his food and said it tasted great. The food was good, but to be honest not as great as I was expecting with the price point. I've had better Chicken Phillies for cheaper elsewhere and gotten more food. They are worth trying and I'll probably return when I'm in the area and try some other items.

I have been lucky enough to eat at some amazing restaurants in North America and throughout Europe…read more I really wanted to leave a great review for this local restaurant... I really wanted to. Since a number of our friends have been to this establishment and left great reviews, I really wanted to do the same. I really wanted to. However, I'm struggling to do so. It started with our table not being ready yet, no worries there, we understand. The host took us to a lovely little alcove and sat the four of us down and we were quickly approached by the Sommelier. This establishment obviously takes their wine very seriously, almost to the point of being pretentious. But not all of us are wine drinkers. Due to an allergy to sulfites. When we looked at the list of available mixed drinks, nothing really appealed... So my wife asked for a simple vodka and tonic. She was informed that that was not one of the "APPROVED" drinks that they offered. What !?! They have vodka, they have tonic... Why can't we get what we want? When my friend requested an IPA he was informed that IPAs don't pair well with the food offerings, consequently, they do not have that option. Frankly, shouldn't that be HIS decision what he feels pairs with HIS palette and not the restaurants? Just a bit pretentious. Did I mention I really wanted to write a great review? So we sucked it up and ordered two glasses of overpriced white wine ($18 for a glass of mediocre wine) and two of the "approved" drinks offered. At this point, I'd like to state that the service we received other than the initial pretension exhibited by the wine Sommelier, was amazing. Our waiter was attentive and well trained and the support staff made sure that our water glasses were filled. Thankfully, I can leave a great review with regards to them. Now to the food... the dumpling sampler was delicious. The four of us ordered the ribs, the duck, the beef and I ordered the Dan Dan noodles. Honestly, almost all of the dishes were deliciously prepared, albeit a bit modest on the quantity of food presented. Our waiter initially suggested that these could be shared... I'm not sure how we would do that with the smaller plates offered as entrées. My noodles, however, came out as a solid chunk of over microwaved noodles, the kind that you get if you forget to take your Costco ramen out of the microwave in time. It was a solid block of dried out noodles. I was about to call our waiter over and ask that they give it another shot. When out of the corner of my eye I saw my wife giving me "the look", don't make it a thing her eyes said to me. So I took my chopsticks and pried the noodles apart, and tried to mix them with the sauce as best as I could. So to summarize; *A little too pretentious on the whole drink thing. I think they're trying too hard. *Service was great *Three out of four entrees were a success * $17 for a mixed drink is pricey but doable, $18 for mediocre wine not so much. As I mentioned, I really wanted to leave a good review... sadly other than the waiter and the support staff I find it difficult to do. Thank you

It's National Hamburger Day! I knew exactly where I wanted to go: New Heights Grill!…read more The hamburger is made perfectly. The fries are made perfectly. Do you see a pattern? This restaurant is PERFECT! Willie was our server. He remembered everything we ordered, and always was personable and attentive. New Heights Grill has been a favorite of mine for many years. I love the informal atmosphere right in the Cedar Lee district. Dessert is always the smile-maker as an enormous stainless steel bowl is plopped on the table, filled with chocolate candies. What a great place!

We are still in the phase of finding new places in our new neighborhood, and I was REALLY excited…read morewhen we read about this place. When we walked in, excitement increased. It has the neighborhood dive feel I love SO FREAKING MUCH. Like, I guarantee you there's a guy named Gary who comes in there 5 times a week who sits down at the bar and just gets handed the same beer he gets every time he's in there. There are probably ten Garys, actually. I loved the vibes. The service was friendly, and the table we sat at was clean. The food was disappointing. Looking back, we should've ordered something a bit more... pub food-like? A burger, chicken wings, something along those lines. My wife hadn't had lunch, and she ordered a steak and potatoes, and I needed to get some sleep before working late so I ordered on the lighter side, a chicken wrap of some kind from the specials. Both were mistakes, They were cooked properly, but her steak was not a great piece of meat, and my wrap was just chicken, chorizo, and cheese on a tortilla. It needed some veg or a sauce or something. We're going to go back and give this place another shot, because I want SO MUCH for it to be good. I'm going to check through the other reviews to see what others really liked. This place has the potential to be a regular stop just based on the vibes, which I love, love, love.
