Cedar and Warrensville Wingstop 4-26-26 7pm. What could improve? The service, cleanliness and professionalism of the staff and location. This was my first and last time at this Wingstop. After seeing the commercials during the NBA playoffs only to be vastly disappointed by staff lack of interaction, dirtiness of the parking lot and the interior of this location, the overflowing trash can right outside of the door and the ghetto feel once I stepped inside, floors dirty, trash all on the counter by the pop machine. I ordered and was not told that I would have to wait 40 minutes for 10 Lemon Pepper wings and fries. 40 MINUTES!!!! If I could give this place a zero I would. The customer service is deplorable. There is a bigger woman who sits at the counter and just stares at the customers when they come in and doesn't speak, just looks mean and talks terribly to the other employees. If customers have a question they are met with disdain and impatience. The lobby is always unkept, the tables are sticky, the chairs are wobbly, there are never matching caps for the cups and the napkin holder is weird and dangerous. Late night cash lees and cooks were incredibly rude and did not seem like they wanted to be there. We ordered our food at 12:30am and was told there was a 40 minute wait. Considering they close at 1 during the week I was confused and asked them to just not make it and we would leave. They said that they don't do refunds when we specifically mentioned that we didn't need one upon noticing the no refunds sign. The cashier had an attitude and gave us our food that would take 40 minutes in about 6 minutes. After my experience we believe they need to at least remove the no refund sign if they don't decide to take significant action against the lady working tonight. read more

I'm really getting tired of ordering food then go to pick it up to be greeted with attitude as if I've done something wrong and offended them by ordering. This location in particular is the worst! I prefer going out of my way past this one to the Mayfield location. I usually order lemon pepper wings and they are almost always way too salty to eat, I've had to throw an entire order in the trash after waiting 30 minutes past the time they texted me and said my order was ready, so an hour and ten minutes of waiting in total. The last order was better but still way too salty, I had to rinse the wings off with water so that I could enjoy them. So to summarize, attitudes, extended wait times, overcooked and over seasoned wings prompted this one star review. Lastly, it would be greatly appreciated if you all could add the option to specify when ordering online or using the app the amount of seasoning we'd like on our wings would be very helpful. read more

This was my first time ever at wing stop. We ordered online and arrived for pick up to find that our order wasn't ready yet. The waiting area wasn't very crowded, so i was hoping for a short delay. After about 15 more minutes, the food was ready. A quick look into the bag and it was easy to see we were missing some items. Another 10 minute wait for the rest of the food. We got home and were ready to enjoy! But that didn't happen. They mixed up our flavors and the gave us boneless instead of bone in. This was a pretty disappointing experience. read more

Consistent with prior Yelp reviews, the wait was pretty significant- about 25 minutes for us. A little frustrating but knowing the food was fresh helped. Bone in wings were very meaty and a good size. The garlic parmigian wings were awesome. The hot wings were not hot at all. The boneless wings were less fresh and less meaty. Fries were delicious. Although my wife ordered the cheesy fries and was disappointed to see it was fries with a cup of cheese. They only had one paper towel roll being used by everybody for napkins and I felt that was to healthy. Nice people. For no reason should I walk in and it takes an hour to get my food because there's only 3 people working, literally. On top of that there is no sense of urgency to serve the customers. Worst Wingstop ever! I've given this location plenty of chances but no more of my money will go to this place. They've been slow and have had crap customer service everytime that we've ordered from here but this last experience took the cake. I ordered online and the email said that the order would be ready in 15-20min. Well seeing that they're slow I gave them extra time by stopping at another store first. I then proceeded to Wingstop paid, and then waited another 35 minutes "because my fries weren't ready". Wing stop is the worst. When we went in you have to order and wait 20 mins for an order of boneless wings and fries. We ordered hickory bbq, garlic parm, Hawaiian, and lemon pepper. What the dont tell you is that some of them are dry rubs and not sauces so the lemon pepper and garlic parm just tasted liked extremely over seasoned chicken that needs sauce. The hickory bbq was quite spicy which was an unwelcome surprise. The Hawaiian was watered down and tasted more like watered down pineapple than anything else. In addition to the bad wing experience. The fries tasted like Snyder bbq chips with the seasoning which was weird because they werent supposed to be bbq. Also they did not have a baby changing station which is super inconvenient and such a hassle to change your kid without one. This places had my nostrils on fire because it smelled so good and I couldn't stop smelling in the air. There was a big crowd when we went in here, since the place is fairly new in the air it was to be expected. The perks of this place was that everything is cooked fresh to order and you can see them making your food. The downfalls about my visit here was that the tea machine was low on tea and so the sweet tea tasted awful, which was what I really had a taste for and for anyone who ever reads a review I write on a place that serves fried chicken or wings my biggest pet peeve is feathers on the chicken. I had feathers on just about every piece of chicken I ordered and they men who were in the back cooking made a huge mistake by using the same bowl without cleaning it to mix peoples wings with different sauces. For me this a no nooooo, because you never know what someone is allergic to or just doesn't like. Overall on taste and flavor it was amazing, I enjoyed the taste of every wing after removing all the feathers. I mean I wasn't about to waste a $10 fry and wing meal. I love the fries....the seasoning they used on them had me hooked that I was licking my fingers but shhhhhh don't tell anyone:) I gave four stars because the food really was good, I just hope management definitely gets things in order especially with this being a new place. read more

I'm writing this while I wait and wait and wait. I should have know the minute I walked in this was a a mistake. There are currently 8 people waiting for food and 2 customers eating. Yikes. If I would have known this was going to be an all day trip I would have went to an actual sit down restaurant. If your working and only have 30-60 minutes for lunch, stop next door at 5 Guys or Jimmy Johns. Now don't get me wrong, Wings take a while to cook.
