Ugh, I wanted to love this place. I'm obsessed with Wingstop's boneless Louisiana Rub wings. But man. The first time we went, there was still a wait after showing up ten min past the time they said the order would be ready. Got home and they forgot half of our order so my husband had to go back. Just called to place a to go order. The girl on the phone seemed less than thrilled when talking to me. Oh, and I have no clue when to pick the order up because I asked when it would be ready and all I got was a 'click'. Really stinks because in general I'm a big Wingstop fan. Ordered delivery today (paid the $5 delivery fee and a tip). Order arrives with incorrect quantity and flavor. I called restaurant to see if I can have my correct order delivered. I was told that I'd have to bring my food back to them in order to get replacement. I explained that I can't which is why I paid for delivery (working remote and can't leave for lunch today). The employee on the phone says that the manager will not do any to rectify the situation and that "he wasn't having it today". The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is for the food and the other handful of employees who have a great customer service. I went to this Wingstop a few days ago and the employee pictured didn't even greet me the first thing that came out of her mouth was "We're closed" and the time was around 11:40 pm. However I placed my order ahead of time and ignored her rudeness and proceeded to tell her just that. Then she comments on how they need to lock the door several times because I wasn't the only customer who came in for a pickup order. Just horrible customer service. I wish this place would just close already. I always place my order online, and when I go to pick up my order there is always some kind of issue at this location. Tonight I sat outside their building waiting for the pick up time. When I went to pick up my order the cashier told me that they just got a lot of orders, so mine hadn't even been started yet. I cancelled my order and placed an order at the Sawdust location. I drove there and sat in their lot for another 10 minutes, but that location was right on time. Overall the total time to get 20 freaking wings was nearly an hour and a bunch of driving in rush hour traffic, because the Rayford location isn't prepared to handle a Friday night rush. How this place is still open is a mystery. read more

This location has to be the best location in the area. I come every Friday to dine in with my son. It's under new management that cares about Quality and Guest Service. It shows how she cares and directs her team. Even on busy times her team does great on doing every order right. I would always come back here when we are craving tasty wings. They took our order over the phone, the lady on the phone couldn't work the computer so handed the phone to someone else who took our order a second time. After 10 mins on the phone we were told it would be ready in 18mins. We show up and they take payment, after standing around for a while we decide to check on our order, they act as though they don't have it in the computer. So we had to wait for them to make it from scratch. No apology, unprofessional and had we not paid I would have left the food in the store. read more

Food always hot and fresh. Fries, just ask for a little extra seasoning on the side just in case you need a lil extra! Order your wings extra wet if you like more sauce and something to dip in. Placed an order over the phone and got placed on hold twice. When i picked up my order my order was wrong. I called to notify them that my order was wrong and that i wanted it remade. They said they could but once i was on my way back to pick up my corrected order they called me back to tell me they were not gonna remake the order because they repeated the order to me and i agreed to what they repeated over the phone. Quan stated that its a waste of food if i cant listen to what is being repeated back to me. No! Its a waste of chicken if they cant listen to what the customer is asking for. I stopped at this Wingstop last Saturday for the first (and last) time. I was not put out by waiting for about 20 for my order. However, upon opening the bag and seeing the contents, I was immediately disappointed. The wings looked utterly unappetizing. They tasted greasy and the designated flavor of the respective choices was muted at best. At times, my wife and I thought that we were eating shoe leather, because the wings were so tough and dry. The only reason we ate them is because they were edible (after a fashion) and we generally do not throw out food. However, the fries that were included were a masterpiece of greasy sogginess. It doesn't take much to please me and I was so excited that they were opening a wingstop right by my house, but when my boyfriend brought me this I was highly disappointed. The wings weren't cooked all the way through and it barely had any sauce. To make things worse they gave me blu cheese instead of ranch which really turned me off. And i quote..."no sir". 5:30 comes up and we are leaving family and call the store to place our order. "Sir we closed at 5". Are you effing kidding me? Then why are you answering at 530? No. Bs. You didnt close at 5. Your lazy butts just want to cut up and not work. Yes i know its Christmas Eve. "Well sir we just werent very busy" no kidding? At 430pm you werent busy? This place.... We've ordered in the restaurant and had to wait over 30 minutes but the food was good. We learned our lesson of ordering there so I ordered online the second time. I got there and my order was ready. I got home and found that there was no large cheese sauce, large ranch or even the ranch that was supposed to come with my order. Let me put this in perspective, my husband loooves their wings. I, however, love their fries dipped in cheese sauce and will eat the wings only because they are a ranch receptacle. So you can imagine how happy I was with my order. When I called the store to complain and get a refund for the missing items, the first 'manager' I spoke to was extremely rude and tried multiple times to talk over me which, just no sister....you deprived me of my ranch, you will receive the wrath for that. The second 'manager' I spoke to was nice and worked to get my refund processed and also give me a store credit that was a waste of time because once you've screwed me out of the ranch, there won't be a next time. So, yeah, don't expect good customer service and always check your order well because you may find yourself ranchless like me. read more

Terrible customer service! I ordered online and was notified my order was ready for pickup after about 25 minutes. Upon entry, the cashier was in the back on her cell phone not paying attention while talking and laughing with another coworker. She informed me that they were still waiting for my fries even though I was told my order was ready but, as someone who works in the service industry, I patiently waited without complaint. I received my food after about 5 minutes and once I made it home I realized one of my wing combos were missing. I called and was basically gaslighted and told that I didn't really order 3 wing combos even though I was reading off my receipt. She eventually saw the missing wings sitting on the counter that she forgot to bag and said to just come back. I asked if she could make a fresh set since they would be cold by the time I made it and she said no. I then proceeded to ask if I could just do a delivery order and was told they don't deliver. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said he wasn't there told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to "deal with it" and proceeded to hangup in my face.
