When it's good it's good. It's a convenient place to grabs wings on the go. The last 3 times I have been here they have missed something on the order. When the "boss" is around (don't know if that's manager or owner or what) they are chipper and on top of things and asking you to take their survey etc. Otherwise it's a toss up whether you'll get normal or completely listless behavior from the staff. 2/10/25, 5:30PM, I had a positive experience while ordering at this Wingstop. The cashier, David, was a respectful person. I had no problems with ordering, and my food was delicious + it came out hot and fresh. I like how you can separate the wings into different sauces, we were able to try 4 different kinds. However, the restaurants' atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable eating inside because the lights were dim, and there were no outside seats as advertised, but everything was clean and organized. Friday July 11, 2025, (lunch) The food was great with a capital "G". It was hot and fresh. My order was kind of confusing however she aimed to please and she did that! The service was awesome ! I had a small issue with my food order, However "MARIE" came to the rescue, she was very professional, patient, understanding, respectful and very customer service friendly. Marie called me to pick up my order from the counter and I could feel the genuineness in her voice and she had a big smile on her face letting me know that it was her pleasure to make sure I left Wing Stop happy and pleased with the service I had received today. As far as Wingstop's go, this one is fine. It stays busy, which makes it often inconvenient because they will turn off their online ordering and their phones if they get busy. For wings , though they are good. I prefer garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. I usually ask for saucy wings and they do t do it, so make sure to check your order before you go. The staff is pretty nice, though, considering the crowds they face. read more

I haven't eaten at Wingstop for a few months but my 8-piece mild today was not what I had come to expect. The chicken's mild sauce was mostly grease without much flavor. I had considered Wingstop to have the best wings in town but this experience has got me reconsidering. Seemed like new staff and a different experience all around. For the past month, we have been sheltering in place/social distancing/staying at home and now we have apparently entered "Phase One" of reopening. But, so very grateful for the restaurants that have been able to stay open and provide food via delivery/curbside pickup. And I am glad that the community has rallied to help keep these eateries open. There are several restaurants that have been filling our table lately, but this review is for Wingstop. We enjoyed the wings, the fries, and the veggies. We had our order delivered and we appreciated the "no contact" delivery. The employee rang our door bell, placed the order on the front porch, took a photo and was back in her car before we opened the door; a photo of the food on our porch was taken and sent to us via text to confirm the delivery. We are living in a "surreal time", but really thankful that we are all working together to support one another. Thanks for a great meal Wingstop! read more

The reason why I gave The restaurant a three out of five was that the fries reminded me a sweet potato fries and the Parmesan chicken was really just fried chicken bits covered in Parmesan. Terrible service. The staff are rude and racist. If you're white, you won't get service. I used to love Wingstop, but the past few visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. This restaurant use to be on point. I live in Atlanta but when I am home visiting this is the restaurant we visit. Tonight was the worst service ever. First I waited 20 minutes just to be rung up for an order that was called in for pickup. The order was ready but no cashier to ring up the order. They made the cashier come off break to ring up the order of people waiting. I should have checked my order before I left but no dressing were with my order. Wings really aren't good without the dressing so that pissed me off. Do no why the service has changed but please go back to the norm. I'm a big fan of WingStop. I like the flavor of the wings - Garlic Parmesan & Teriyaki traditional wings are my go-to. But the size of the wings can be a bit small. Chicken wings? Pretty sure tonight I got hummingbird wings on a couple. My kids like the tenders - now those are pretty big. The fries are awesome - sprinkled in salt, sugar (I think) and crack (I'm pretty sure). Sadly, this had to be the dirtiest Wingstop I have ever been to. We ate there for lunch, no tables were clean (had to clean our own) and the restrooms were filthy. Store was well staffed, so not a help shortage. While eating, an employee did eventually come out to buss tables, and it was obvious by the way she threw the trash can and food trays around, that she resented doing it (she needs to find another job). We were the only customers in the dining room, and I bet she threw that trash can against the wall five times. Very little excuse for this kind of behavior.
