Have not been in here for awhile. But was kind of disappointed. The wings that I got were boneless, basic Hawaiian ones. Didn't even taste like they had the seasoning on it. Their ranch use to be my favorite thing. I could just eat the carrots and ranch and nothing else, except now the ranch is so watered down, it doesn't even have a good taste anymore. I know they are trying to stretch a dollar , but quality over quantity is better. My guys enjoyed their wings. Customer was great! Always busy when we go in but they are quick. Before today I would have given this Wing Stop 4 or 5 stars from the previous times I had eaten here. After today, I am generously giving 3 stars, pretty much based on my previous experiences. The wings today were good, like always. Great wings! But the rolls, which are normally great, were hard and seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. The french fries were off also, I can't explain it, I think they were being cooked too fast and the middle was still partially frozen. We sent back the first batch, with scowls from the employee (somebody was having a bad day), and the second batch was the same. I love Wingstop and used to work for one in a different city, but this location has zero customer service skills. I've been trying to get ahold of the GM or above for over 2 months now and have yet to hear anything from them. After avoiding this location for so long I had forgotten about promising to review my ratings if the quality of the service had increased, and i am beyond thrilled to report that the establishment couldn't be more positively different. The location itself has expanded, which is nice, but the quality of the service and attentiveness of the staff has improved drastically. Even the food is better! Luke warm food and horrible on time. They tell you 24 minutes to make you wait almost an hour to get 20 wings. They dont care to fix it either. Finally got a refund after waiting 50minutes and they still were not done! Manager couldnt even refund back on my card had to do cash because she says the GM wasn't there. I ordered at 7:15pm and was told my order would be ready in 25mins. I waited as several other customers came in after me and ordered. All of those customers who came in after me received their orders and I'm not talking about a couple people with small orders. More than 5 orders that were behind me received their orders. I approached the cashier and asked what is going on with my order. And I see that they did not even start on mine due to the ticket being pushed to the side and was not seen. I then waited another 20mins before my order was ready. I asked another cashier what happen to my order and she said I don't know. I said no you can remake it & give my money back since I had to come up here for such a ridiculous screw up that should not have happened.
