Only thing I would recommend check your order before leaving because they put the wrong sauces on my wings but they correct it asap. Very unprofessional. Made an online order for pick up at specific time. When I got to the restaurant on time they looked at me and laughed because they didn't even start the order. I have been here to the Waldorf location twice; once on a Friday evening and once during lunchtime on a Thursday. The Friday experience was good; place was full of customers, customer service was good and food was great. But when I went back for lunch during the week it was a horrible experience. First of all the cashier didnt seem like she was interested in getting my order and ringing it up. Someone else ended up coming to ring it up because she claimed she could not get into the cash register. OK maybe she just got to work and things werent right; so I let that slide but she still had a bad non-interested attitude. Next I get my food and I am standing there waiting for someone to give me a cup for my drink. They all just walked away so I had to ask for a cup. One thing I really hate is if someone orders food and the staff do not make sure everything is covered! Which also got worse when I got in my car I looked in my bag and realized my cole slaw was not in the bag. So I go back inside and ask Miss No-Customer Service for my cole slaw at which time they tell me "oh we dont have no cole slaw". She still had a bad attitude and it was obvious she was flirting with the two male workers and could care less about the customers. What got me is she knew they had no cole slaw, its was on my online order and you let me walk out without cole slaw or a replacement after paying?! So they end up giving me potato salad - which was very bland. I was hoping for the best but again another Waldorf eatery has failed me. I will wait a few weeks before I go back again. I realize it seems hard to get good help in these franchises but its the customer service that kills most places in town. Came in on a Monday and order wasn't sure if I wanted boneless or bone in. I went with bone in and then asked what flavors would be a good recommendation. The store clerk was rude and very short. So I just decided on my own. I went with lemon pepper and buffalo. First time experiencing Wings Stop and wasn't disappointed. The wings were prepared upon ordering so it took a little while but they were hot and good. The area Waldorf tends to over cook foods but the wings weren't a bother. They are a little over priced too but I'm so over BW3's / Buffalo Wild Wings with their steroids and antibiotics in the wings. Wing Stop was refreshing. I hope they improve over time. read more

I have been to a wing-stop before in Tennessee and that experience was phenomenal, but this one was an atrocity. The chicken was awful and overcooked, the french fries were soggy and cold, and the blue Cheese was runny and tasted more like watered down ranch with chunks of cheese much too big for dipping dropped in it. The only good experience was the lady at the front counter kindly letting me fill my personal cup up with soda free of charge. You can tell the management and ownership of this particular wing stop is subpar, and their ingredients are cheap and terrible. I've been to this Waldorf location twice now. Each time, the service seemed just as slow. What makes the situation worse, it wasn't busy at all, but I still had to long wait to get my wings. I do get it, it's made to order, but I've been t o other places where it's much faster. I can honestly say, the fries the first time were very flavorful. A tad bit on the soggy side, but still over all great to eat. As for the wings, I order a the Hickory Smoke BBQ and Hawaiian. Both flavors did nothing for me. The 2nd time I went, I opted for the boneless wings. I had the Garlic Parmesan wings and fries. This time, the fries where not soggy at all and had a lot of crunch to it. However, it was missing the same flavorful punch from the 1st time I ordered. As for the wings, again, it was just ok, nothing special. Overall, this place is just under the Ok to eat there for me. This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered online and got to the store a little bit early and sat and waited for my food. I was the only customer in the Wing Stop at the time therefore they had time to pay special attention to my food. I heard from friends that when they have alot of orders the quality tends to go down. So if I were you I would order during times that they aren't busy. I ordered the 6 wing combo (half lemon pepper half old bay) and fries with their fry seasoning. Everything was delicious. I really love Wingstop but this location seems to always disappoint in some way. Usually my fries are always cooked like I like them-crispy when I ask. On this experience I received huge under cooked fries. Forget about them being crispy they weren't even cooked! I was so disappointed because I love French fries :( also what's up with how big they were? I've never received fries that were cut so big from any Wingstop ever. And I'm not usually a stickler when I have to wait especially when I place my order online because I guess I'm just a patient person, but today I waited an additional 10 minutes for "fries" that weren't even done right. This Wingstop was ok, and mind you I love Wingstop. I have been eating Wingstop since 2007 when I was stationed in San Antonio. I will not be visiting this location again since they want to rip the people of Waldorf off. I used to drive to Alexandria, Virginia for Wingstop. I downloaded the app to use with this location. For some reason the prices have gone up in Waldorf, but remain the same in Alexandria. I will not be paying $10 for six wings, fries, and a drink. Whenever I visit Alexandria I will just patronize the Wingstop there instead. read more
