If I can describe this Wingstop in one word: AMAZING! I was in the area visiting a friend and to our luck it was this Wingstop's grand opening. Since we love wings, we decided to try this one out. By far it was the BEST Wingstop ever! Customer service was outstanding as well the food! We were greeted immediately by the cashiers giving us a very warm welcome feel and all other employees would smile or say hi when walking past us. The wings tasted GREAT as well as the fries! And we got to meet the owner of this Wingstop location and he was a very generous and humble man. He came by our table to ensure everything was great and made sure we were satisfied. I recently went to Wingstop and honestly had a really good experience. The wings were fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The fries were perfectly seasoned and still crispy when I got them. I ordered a few different flavors and every single one tasted amazing, especially the lemon pepper and mango habanero. The staff was friendly and my order came out pretty quickly even though they were busy. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice. This is one of my favorite spots to hit with my friends. The customer service is amazing. Whenever I pop in now and then, they know my name and make great conversation. Now down to the wings. They're SO good. I usually get half boneless spicy Korean and half classic lemon pepper and it always comes out perfect. One of the workers there, Andrea was so helpful in every way possible. Great service. Sometime a little packed but they will make your meal with lots of love and it will be ready in no time. My personal flavor is Mango Habanero, you'll have to go in to actually have the real taste because no such wonderful taste can be described in a small amount of words. Customer service is great but the owners need to focus on cleaning up the front of house. People drive into Watsonville and I'm sure Wingstop sounds like a delicious stop, but the place is dirty and you can tell from the outside that the owners don't spend a dime on cleaning/sanitizing. My boyfriend and I have come here many times and the service is always spectacular! All of the employees are very nice and helpful. Today we came and Isabel, Vivi, and Roxan, a few of the employees, were super kind to us and checked up on us to make sure everything was going well. As a wing lover, I order wings on a regular basis (1-2 times a week). I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I always order ahead of time through the app and my wings are always ready on time. The cashier, Ariana, is very friendly and seems to always be in a positive mood.
