My autistic son had a brief meltdown, so I took a moment to calm him while also keeping an eye on my other children. Once I was ready to order, I was told I couldn't get a salad because "they already closed salads"--even though the restaurant doesn't close until 10:30pm. This was really disappointing. I don't eat bread, so salad was my only option--and there was still two full hours until closing. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just a simple salad. I understand closing prep areas near the end of the night, but this felt unnecessarily rigid and inconsiderate. The situation wasn't handled with any empathy or flexibility. Simply Gross..Today, I thought I would order pizza..Went to Mountain Mikes..Ordered a Snowy Alps..and a Dessert Pizza which was nothing like the guy described..First off , not a soul on site..No one was there..I had ordered these pizzas togo.. The Snowy Alps was salted so much.. I had to rinse my mouth out on first bite.. It was gross..Cheap products, overly priced and I tossed it in the trash..I was still think we'll at least I have my dessert pizza..I took a bite of this crap and wanted to vomite.. Called in an order earlier today around 6pm while driving home from work for pick up at 7pm. I called the phone number that appears when you Google this specific location and mentioned that I had the HOLLISTER HIGH SCHOOL football fundraiser discount card to confirm that I could use the coupon which is only valid at THIS location. I was told I could. I placed my order and thought it was weird they didn't ask for a name. I figured they could just look me up through the phone number on their caller ID. I arrived at about 7:05 to pick up my order and I was told there was no order on file under my number, and no order matching what I had ordered. I showed the cashier (who actually sounded like the person on the phone I had spoken with) the phone number on my phone that I called to confirm I spoke to the right location and she claimed that the phone number takes you to a call center and that they probably didn't confirm my location and sent my order to the wrong restaurant? I don't understand why, after stating I had the Hollister high school baler card, that I would be ordering somewhere else? I was advised I could reorder but that my order would take another 30-40 minutes to be ready and nothing was offered to make it right. I unfortunately could not wait that long and left :( read more

So disappointed! Pizza showed up 50 mins after my delivery time. Finally decided to call the restaurant and ask about my pizza, they said the driver had 4 deliveries that were all being delivered at the same time. I know the economy makes it difficult to staff, but that's also why I'm writing this. Pizza is expensive, I know that, it's a luxury for me. Ordered from a hotel for delivery of a salad. Had to add mozarella sticks simply because they insist on a minimum. The order took 2 1/2 HOURS for delivery, and it was missing marinara sauce for the add-on, even though it was clearly noted. They do not answer the phone. The food was unremarkable - a "chef's salad" was nothing more than a garden side salad with a couple of slices of pizza topping meat thrown in. Let's see, where to start...? Not with a photo, because the pizza is gone. I ate it. Let's do this. I love pizza. It's a food that brings me joy. Mountain Mike's was a weekly haunt when I was growing up in Morgan Hill, so when I decided to give the one here in town a try, I poured all of that sweet sweet nostalgia into my expectations. You know how that usually goes... disappointing remake movies and general failures to rise to the original. But tonight was not the case. I ordered a childhood favorite custom: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and bacon. Combined with their wonderfully spicy red sauce, it shattered the nostalgia ceiling and forged some new memories all its own. My friends, this is some mighty fine pizza. My wife ordered something with chicken and bacon on a garlic sauce and it was great. Not as good as mine of course, because all of my food choices are inherently more awesome, but delicious nonetheless. We wasted no time devouring both, and I can definitively say I have found a new favorite pizza place in town. My son got a personal Hawaiian. He ate it so fast I'm not sure he tasted it. He said it was his new favorite pizza though, so there's that. That's not to say it's all sunshine and rainbows. I would categorize it as definitely sunshine, and maybe one of those cool half rainbows you see from time to time. The pizza certainly isn't what I'd classify as "cheap". $51 for two smalls and a personal isn't bad, and definitely blows Round Table prices out of the water, but it is a little spendier than your Valley's and Domino's sorts of pies. You can taste the price difference too though. You're definitely eating better food for your $51. To close I'd like to toss a big high five in the direction of the staff. I echo the other sentiments I read in some reviews that they're pretty great. I arrived on time, but at the end of the night, so my pizza wasn't quite done. The ladies manning the restaurant were very friendly, pleasant, and even sent a sucker home for my son from their Halloween candy stash. A+ service in my opinion. TL;DR - The pizza is dope. Grabbed a couple of pizzas here on friday. A large sausage, onion, mushroom and a large vegetarian. Total came to over $55. For pizza like Little Ceasar's $6. The veggie pizza had lots of toppings but the crust was really soggy. I think they just waved it at the oven as they walked by it. Almost $24 for this. The sausage etc was atleast cooked all the way but they were seriously stingy with the toppings. About 2 little nubbin s of sausage (about the size of the tip of my pinkie finger) per slice, very little tiny finely sliced mushrooms and almost no very finely sliced onions. For this I paid almost $30?! I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one because the young lady behind the counter was really nice. Tonight we ordered a medium The Everest pizza which was pepperoni, salami, ground beef, olives and mushrooms (we left off the onions and green peppers). Since I eat a very low carb diet, I only ate the toppings off 2 slices so I can't comment on the crust. The toppings and sauce were pretty tasty but it's pretty obvious that sauce is coming from a can, it had a very strong tomato paste taste. I had an all you can eat salad bar which I only wanted one trip to the bar after seeing how unappetizing it all looked. The lettuce looked decent, the olives looked like olives, fresh jack cheese sprinkled on top, cucumber slices, broccoli and fresh mushrooms. However; everything else looked disgusting, the potato salad, macaroni salad, kidney beans and garbanzo beans looked like they had been sitting out all day and lost their luster. The dressings looked unappetizing, watered down and thinned out with milk. I also ordered 12 hot wings. They probably had the best tasting out of everything ordered. But oh man were they really hot. I don't mean spicy hot, I mean burned my fingers twice hot. The place itself looked pretty clean. The bathroom was decent looking and smelled pleasant. We went on a Thursday evening about 7:00 and it was pretty busy with only a few tables open. Lots of little kids running around and being; well...kids.
