This store used to be amazing.. There was a different manager of course. Under the old manager, every time I ordered 30 wings he would throw in 6 cups of bleu cheese and the wings were always highly sauced. This new guy, no sauce.. one cup of bleu cheese for 30 wings. I spend 20some$ on wings and all you can spare is one cup of bleu cheese, really? I mean the wings were so unsauced that all the available sauce had been absorbed the meat. I've only been here once and while my food was decent I'm not sure I'd return due to the way the shop runs. I ordered online and was shocked to see 15-30 minutes until it was ready since it was just chicken tenders and fries but I assume they fry them when you order, right? Well the lack of crisp in the fries and the moderately warm temperature of the chicken would say otherwise. I also wish I'd known the cheese fries were going to be doused in cheese sauce making them wayyyy too salty. I thought it was shredded cheese or at least a cup of cheese sauce. While these weren't my favorite I do think the fries would be good on their own. The chicken tenders were good, pretty run of the mill but the seasoning was nice and there was a good amount. Everyone raves about their ranch but I didn't think it was anything special. Overall the food was decent but the wait is really not ideal for fast food type of food. Worst customer service ever. I was in the store one afternoon. When I arrived home after a day of going multiple places I realized that my wallet was no longer in my back pocket. So I retraced my steps. I attempted to call this location multiple times over a 4 hour period and no one ever answered the phone. So I ended up driving over. To say that the staff was rude and insulting would be the biggest understatement of the year, they were using foul language and calling me names and making comments loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. And all I did was ask if anyone had found my lost wallet. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and the shift manager did nothing about it. When I arrived home I emailed both the general manager and the company. I expected I'd get a lame "I'm sorry" AI generated email in return. I assumed wrong - apparently their customers aren't even important enough to receive an acknowledgement of the staffs wrong doing. Which is probably why the staff is as bad as they are, they have the example of management and owners who don't care. read more

1st time here. Why haven't we been here before? So many sauces to choose from, Bone in? Boneless? We got to taste test the sauces before our order. The Spicy Korean is my fave (not spicy just a little kick!) My teen loves the Lemon Pepper. Oscar was so helpful! What a great experience. Oscar excels in customer service! Ordered for lunch with 11:30am Pickup time. Food was ready, staff was courteous. For a place that specializes in to-go wings though, they were not crispy at all. So a basic take-out wing. I thought maybe a place that only did carryout/delivery might be able to do it better. Also, for a place that advertises it's amazing homemade ranch, their blue cheese dressing was so watered down it had no flavor at all. Not horrible, but not good either. This was my first visit to the Wingstop. My order was made to perfection they were tossed perfectly in the Louisiana rub and when I opened my box they were arranged so beautifully. I want to know the schedule of the staff. I recommend that the cook be promoted and train all Wingstop staff throughout the city. I have never had my chicken cooked like this. Ordered Wings on Friday through on line ordering with confirmation of Saturday delivery at 12 noon from the Wingstop on S State St Westerville. At 12:30 wings had not arrived, so called location and no answer. At 12:45 received email that order had been cancelled with no explanation. Went to store and found it closed. Got a 50 wing bundle from another wing place. On Sunday r3ceived an email that said order was cancelled because the location was closed on the delivery day and account would be credited for payment. On Tuesday the refund as posted to my account. Went to location to speak to manger. First person I spoke to, claimed to be manager, but realized I was very unhappy and had paperwork to back up my timeline of problem; so he went and got "the Real Manager"(?). She looked at paperwork and basically said that it was not her problem, it was with the "on line ordering system". Told her that I had no incentive to ever try their wings in the future. About a month ago my entire family was craving wings and our go to restaurant happened to be closed. I am so happy it was. We have ordered food four seperate times and so far nothing but positive experiences. Both the boneless and traditional wings are amazing. I highly recommend the voodoo fries. Tbe veggie sticks have always been fresh and crisp. I just hope the Lemon Garlic sauce becomes a permanent option I am obsessed! This is definitely our new go to wing place. read more

I come in and order carry out, guy doesn't have any gloves on and the guy the kitchen doesn't either. I sit and wait for my food watching and no one washes their hands or puts on gloves while changing the oil for the chicken, grabs food out the fridge, and handing out pick ups. Just visited Wingstop in Westerville, Ohio, and it was a nightmare. I placed an order via phone and was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived half an hour later, I walked into a tiny lobby that was jam packed with people. When I finally made it up to the counter and gave my name, the girl said, "Okay," and walked back to the kitchen area. I waited and waited and waited as dozens of other customers came and went. After about 20 minutes, she informed me that they had lost my order but now they found it. Another 20 minutes passed, as another parade of customers came and went. Finally, when I was literally the only person in the waiting area, she brought me my food in a bag. The order came to $18.77. I handed her a $20 bill and she said, "What's this for?" "I believe I have to pay for my meal, don't I?" I replied. She looked very confused, but eventually gave me my change. When I arrived back home an hour later, the garlic parm wings were stone cold and so salty they were inedible. We threw them in the trash and opened a can of soup for dinner. I took the online survey, which was printed on my receipt, but it really didn't want to know about my experience. Just asked some very basic questions. When I finished, Wingstop emailed a coupon for "free fries" with my next order. I deleted it because clearly there will be no "next order."
