The waitress was great. Seemed like a fun quirky place with funny signs on the walls. Games playing on the TVs. The food was okay. Nothing blew us away. We haven't been to Roosters in ages but were looking for something a little different the other night and decided to try Roosters. Unfortunately for us, it was Wednesday which is KIDS NIGHT at Roosters (kids eat for $1.99). Suffice it to say, the place was packed and there were a ton of kids. Despite the crowds, service was decent and our server was good, very attentive. I ordered the jalapeño burger with a side of fries. The portions on the fries was as very generous, the burger was very good but not a top 10 contender. My wife had a 10 piece order of the boneless wings. Also good but nothing that would make us want to return any time soon. Service was good. Prices are reasonable and the food was very acceptable, just not great. The visit was just mid all around. I came in with my friend and the hostess told us to just go wherever so we went to a booth by the window. Went to two local bars to watch an out of market NFL game, nobody was playing it. Decided to make the 20 drive last minute since they were the most recognizable name that we knew would actually have the NFL Sunday Ticket. Found 2 seats at the bar immediately upon arrival, and the host told us first come first serve at the bar. Bartender Sam was ATTENTIVE!!!! She was very busy, but always moving with a purpose, organized, and friendly! If I owned a bar, she'd be my first choice! Great food, environment not too loud but loud enough to watch a game and have a couple beers. The 22oz drafts were a surprise, but we didn't struggle to finish them! I don't like being that guy that leaves bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary, but this situation I think is necessary enough to make other customers and the Corporate offices aware of one of the absolute WORST restaurant experiences my family and I have ever had. My family and I are long time, loyal customers of Roosters but honestly we'll probably never go again unless Roosters makes this right in some sort of way. After waiting for over 1 hour and 20 mins... around 6:05pm my family and I decided that we were just going to leave and eat somewhere else. I walked up to the hostess to let her know that, and the hostess again was kind and apologized. I told her I know it's not her fault, but it seemed like a management issue. As I was telling this to the hostess, another woman from the Roosters staff walked up to us with horrible body language, an attitude, and a bitter look on her face, and abruptly interrupted us.... Rudely and loudly saying in front of all the customers: "If you want to leave then leave- we can't just tell other guests sitting down to leave.. And we don't even take reservations." She said her name was Jen and that she's one of the Managers as well... I explained to Jen that I understand that they don't necessarily take designated reservations, however, we did everything we were supposed to and called ahead on Thursday, did everything we were instructed to do by calling in over 2 hrs in advance that day, and waiting patiently for over an hour and 20 minutes... While I was trying to explain that to her, she just kept interrupting me and talking over me saying "we don't even take reservations.. we don't even take reservations." She was being so rude, aggressive, and condescending, that I had to stop and ask her "Why are you continuing to interrupt me and be rude?" Her response was "I'm allowed to be rude since you were harassing my employees and hostess"... I asked her how did we harass her hostess and she replied rudely again "By asking when you were going to be seated multiple times!" I kindly smiled, bit my tongue about what I really wanted to say to her and told her "Asking a hostess when we would be seated is a reasonable question not harassment. But no worries, I'll contact corporate and we'll leave." With that being said, as my family and I were walking out, several other guests that witnessed the entire thing were saying "that manager needs to be fired how she was talking to you... that was so unacceptable! After tonight we're never coming here again!"... And that was what other random guests were saying who we didn't know! So hopefully that puts it into perspective. All in all, though we were disappointed with the fact that we had to wait over 1 HOUR and 20 MINS in total, and ended up leaving before ever being seated... what I'm complaining about is the MANAGERS. Tanner was a bit rude for no reason and the manager Jen??? She be ashamed of herself... not only as a manager but as a human. You don't speak to people so rudely and disrespectfully, especially when we were being reasonable about the situation. Ownership and the Corporate offices should be ashamed that they have a manager like Jen conducting herself like that, and being a HORRIBLE example to her employees. By no means am I trying to get Jen fired, but I really hope Roosters ownership trains / retrains Jen not only how to manage, but also how to talk to people and provide good customer service, because the way she spoke to me and my family in front of all those guests especially, was completely unacceptable. read more

For a wing joint, there are plenty of other options as well. I appreciate that. My go to is the grilled chicken salad. My son usually gets the pizza and it's pretty good (high praise from a pizza snob!) I find the service is almost always friendly and the prices are super reasonable. read more

By all means, go eat at Roosters, but pick any location but this one. I don't know if it's because it's located by a mall or what, but the staff at this particular Roosters are all VERY young, so there's this flippancy with the way the handle/cook/serve your food. I was given a horrible attitude this last time because they hadn't understood my order over the phone. The girl on the other end was sighing rudely and exclaiming "oh geez" "ugh" every time she messed up. Naturally, I went down in person after the call to double check I wasn't being over charged(and I was). A group of teen girls had ME come behind the register and check my own order on their screen very rudely. I'm pretty sure customers aren't allowed at the register but again, very young and rude. After I checked, I kindly asked them how their day was going, how they liked the job and the exchange became more pleasant due to my lack of negative reciprocation. I'll add a caveat to start this review that I have been a big Roosters fan for a number of years. Mainly because I devour chicken wings like nobody's business - a rarity I suppose for ladies in general. Not sure why (since you can clean your hands so easily), but I digress. There are two reasons for this mediocre rating: primarily, my wing order was on the sad side and the drums were quite small. [Historically, roosters wings, especially the drums, are on the larger side and unfortunately these rivaled with the small BW3 ones (*tear)]. From a service perspective there were issues with getting drinks in a timely manner (water, bottles of beer, etc.), missing food orders, and issues with multiple checks. So, less than desirable on that front. Things happen; I get it. It was hoppin' and staff was busy. Everyone seems to be more patient and that's great... especially Christina who waits to eat her wings until her friend's pizza comes out. And I'll leave you with this teaching moment: if you have food in front of you and your companion does not, you should wait it out and not eat until their food arrives. That is all. read more

Decided to grab a quick bite before the first day of school tomorrow. The ladies in the front were very nice, even opened the doors for us. Told us we could sit wherever we wanted. Despite being crowded, service was great. Our server came right away with water and took our drink order. Drinks and food came out quickly and was made exactly as I requested. We could not get over all the children at this location, there were so many young families with 4-6 kids. I was truly impressed at how well behaved all the kids were. It was nice seeing families with little ones out having a great time. We did laugh though when I spotted the sign outside the window, will include with this review. Now it made sense, it was kids night for 99 cents. If my kids were little, we would have been regulars every Wednesday. read more

This is the worst Roosters I've been to in Ohio. Like all of them, it is extremely crowded, but the other restaurants quality doesn't seem to have suffered despite the busyness. I ordered tater tots and a grilled chicken wrap. The wrap had absolutely no flavor, the tater tots were colder than room temperature and the wing sauce was as runny as a salad dressing. The menus were single use paper mats so not a fan of the waste. One ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that he said was pretty good, another ordered some grilled strips with a side of wedges, and I ordered cauliflower wings. For vegetarian options there were those under appetizers, veggie sub, pizza, or a salad so figured why not. Despite being an appetizer there wasn't much in the bowl, didn't even cover the bottom. Sauce seemed to be just poured into the bottom instead of the wings being tossed. The worst part was that they were room temp so didn't even feel warm. The guys seemed ok with the food. I have always loved this location. It is perfect, it gets busy, but they know how to handle it. The staff is very adaptive!! You get seated fast!! I got the chicken wrap with spicy ranch. I wouldn't get it again, it was very bland. The spicy ranch was oddly chunky. I LOVE their Mac n cheese bites, I get them each time I go!! Of course your girl had to get those, ate each & every one!! My husband and I recently visited the Polaris location. It was a Saturday evening on a NBA game day, so it was busy. Fun sports bar atmosphere with a chill vibe. Our server, Catelyn, was incredible! She was prompt to greet us and was so warm and welcoming! She made our dining experience even better with her cheerful and upbeat personality. Our meal was good, a typical fare that you would expect from a sports bar. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves between the cool vibe of the place, the MANY games to watch on the TVs throughout the restaurant, and the fun conversations we had with our server. Definitely recommend going...especially if you're a sports fan and looking for a cool place to watch the game with friends and family. I stopped by the Polaris Roosters to satisfy my husband's craving. The restaurant is remarkably large, with a bar and ample seating both indoors and out. They offer solid beer specials. When we dined, it was $2 domestic drafts - a great deal. I went for some boneless wings and tater tots. The pieces of chicken were large - much bigger than most places these days. I recently visited the Polaris location on Mother's Day Sunday, May 11, 2025. My service with the waitress was absolutely great, but when I receive my food, there was a fingernail in it. When I spoke with the acting manager, Tanner, he said that none of his people worked in the kitchen without gloves. Which I could see people walking in and out of the kitchen and there were several workers without gloves. I did not receive an apology for my food having finger nails in it! Tanner was just trying to brush me off because he thought because he took the $12 off of the bill that was a solution. I feel like the Health department needs to check that store out. Tanner needs customer service training and an a sincere apology would have been appreciated. read more
