I use to be a regular here at this location. I haven't been coming due to bad customer service, I haven't been receiving the same quality of food. The cashiers were super helpful with my order. Specifically one helped me more and made sure if I needed anything else her name is Diana. (THANK YOU DIANA FOR YOUR BEST COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE YOU GIVE WHEN YOUR WORKING). She made sure If the quality of my food was good. I took a look at my order before I left the store. And honestly the fries were cold. And I'm glad she helped me get a new order of fries with the help of the manager of course. Thank you both! I wish I got the name of the manager on duty but I only got the cashiers name. Burnt fries! The last few visits, and the fries are always overcooked. We even asked them in person and we still received them this way. Covid 19 safe Wingstop wings are not as good as they used to be open location in Whittier. the people preparing the food that's a different story I ordered Parmesan garlic wings and honey barbecue wings they said you had to order 10 what is the minimum don't recall that being the process but whatever they barely put any Parmesan or garlic on the wings which you'll see in the pictures soon and also the Hawaiian wings they cremated the french fries which you will see the picture of I'm pretty sure after frame and you could look at them you could tell they were cremated why did you just make a new large order fries again needless to say 20 wings a large fry cost a pretty much $22 definitely not worth it I would not recommend this place. This Wingstop location has one of the worst customer service. The manger is not well trained in customer service. I placed a simple order and I waited the extra time and when I get my food it has barley has the flavored I picked and asked for well done. My wings looked like they barely cooked them. When I got home is when I called. I asked for a manger because I had a compliant. The manger answered in a rude town but I moved forward to telling her about the order. This review focuses less on the food and more on lack of resources. I ordered my large party meal at 9am thru DoorDash which gives them plenty of time to create the order for pick up at 1130 and yet when I arrived and showed the person at the register my name, she said my order wasn't yet ready and was going to be another 25 min wait. Their doors open at 11, so they've had to take an hour to prepare my order which tells me there's serious crowd control issues and lack of managerial oversight. This was the worst Wingstop location I've experienced. The cashiers were rude. I also waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready which I was totally fine about. It was the customer experience and the food they prepared and actually gave to me. When ordering, I felt rushed and they also got my name wrong and didn't care. They were apprehensive to give me my order since my order name didn't seem like it would be the person they would be giving it to. When I finally got home to eat, the wings were prepared terribly. Mind you I'm right outside Ok now that my blood started to boil, like really?! I see 2 damn people in store. (Please don't judge me, I was hungry and its Friyay, + Covid is real) I called back a 3rd time, again to confirm my order was placed and another rude phone interaction. I jumped out my car faster than a chicken in grease Because my order was paid, I needed to know I was not waiting for nothing‍, or maybe they were just that busy... Young man at the register, looked afraid, maybe I was walking with attitude. Anywho, I requested the MGR, who was not a charmer. YES! I know it's just WingStop.. lol She DID get my order fast as hello! But never let me get to the root of the issue. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! Greet your customers, make eye contact, and have patience.
