What an amazing experience! The atmosphere is very welcoming and you are made to feel so comfortable from the minute you walked in. Having it be the first lash place I had been to I didn't know what to expect but had nothing to fear. Kimberly explained the entire process to me and was very patient in answering my questions. After my first experience at Wink Lash Bar and not really liking my lashes, I decided to write a review. Not even 10 minutes after posting my review I got a call from the salon. They apologized and encouraged me to speak up next time I wasn't happy with their services, so they would be able to better accommodate me better. I was offered a new full set completely free with l well experienced stylist. I cannot say enough good things about Chelsie! She was patient with me and took the time to explain everything she did and the reason behind it. Before trying Wink Lash, I would get my lashes done at a small business owned by an individual near Museum District. My false lashes were all very thick, all the same length and while I asked for a natural look, i didn't know any better that this approach was anything but natural. My lashes would always fall out and frequently because they were too thick and heavy for my natural lashes to support. My gut told me to try a different salon and I decided on Wink based on th reviews. There I learned that (1) a proper lash job will have shorter lashes at either corner of your eyes and then longer in between and (2) have a variety of lashes with different thickness depending on the strength and size of your actual lashes. I finally got the natural look that I was looking for and am working with Kim to nurse my natural lashes back to health. Never compromise on beauty especially on your face -- go to these professionals for beautiful and healthy lashes!!! read more

This was the first time having my lashes done and my lash lady had very gentle hands and was very detailed with her lash application. This salon had upscale decor and is kept extremely clean. The owner was also very friendly and attentive. The individual rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated but were a little on the cold side for me. I was offered a nice, warm blanket so that wasn't a big issue. I loved the way my lashes looked afterwards and they helped really open and brighten up my eyes.
