Before the appointment even started, I made it very clear that I did not want my eyebrows reshaped. I specifically asked for them to only be cleaned up, and the technician assured me she would only touch the bottom of my brows. Despite that conversation, she significantly changed the shape by removing hair from the front of my brows and shortening the tails. My brows looked noticeably thinner and shorter than I requested, and there was no way to fix them before my wedding. On top of that, the brow tint was so light that you could barely tell they had been laminated. My lash lift also wasn't cleaned up properly--I left with adhesive or product still stuck to my lashes. I was hesitant to call and complain, but given that this was for my wedding weekend, I felt I had no choice. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. The staff was rude on the phone, and although I was told I would receive a refund, it never happened. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision, especially if they're booking services for an important event.

Upon arrival I was met by Kim (the owner) who was very friendly and followed COVID protocols. She checked my temperature, had sanitizer available, air purifiers going, and wore a mask (as did I) the entire time. She made me feel right at home and honestly made the entire process seamless. We had a nice conversation throughout, she told me how she has over 27 years in the business and asked me about myself. You know when people ask you about yourself, but they don't really care to hear the answer, they think they are just polite with asking? Well, this was not that. Kim was genuinely interested in what I said which made me feel like I knew her, and already liked her! She gave me a lot of tips/tools for making my skin healthier based on what she could see from our time together and was nice enough to shed some light on what facials are and what I would expect if I ever decided to have my very 1st facial! Kim also does ear piercings which is great to know (I have over 10 piercings myself) so this place was so right for me. She also sells products which I saw when I walked in, but she was not trying to sell them to me like some places do as soon as you walk in the door. I am rating my experience a 5 because it surprised me how comfortable I felt and to top it off, how fast and precise Kim was with my wax request. I had a mirror in my hand the whole time to see the process and kept asking me if everything looks good. I commonly see her for my eyebrows and the artistry of shaping changed my appearance for the better. She is very consistent and always recommends what is best for my face. After seeing her for a few months, she introduced me to the eyelash lift and this was a procedure I was completely unaware of. After having it done once I realized I could not go back living without it!! The lash lift opened up my eyes and I didn't realize how long my normal lashes were. I was never a fan of false lashes because they look very fake and I've heard they can damage your growth and cause infections of the eyeli, so I stayed away from false lashes...the lift is far superior because it doesn't damage your eyes or hairs, and is super safe. Also, being a young professional in tech, the time-savings alone of not having to tinker around with my eyelash curler is worth the lift in itself.
