A special thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families there really stood out. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the kids. The children had an amazing time bowling--there was laughter, excitement, and so many happy little faces. It was the perfect place for a group of energetic five-year-olds to celebrate and enjoy themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised and so happy to learn that the Saturday morning kids programs will continue. That's such a gift for families in the community who are looking for a fun, positive place for children to gather and play. My other friend and I split an order of the spicy alla vodka, and the Peruvian chicken. Just as our food had been served, our waiter rushed out because the kitchen had made a mistake: the fries with the steak frites had been cross contaminated with other fried foods containing dairy. Due to the severity of my friend's allergy this is a pretty dangerous issue. Luckily, the waiter caught and corrected it in time. He was so kind and for the rest of the evening took extra care for our table. The restaurant also comped her entire meal, drinks and dessert included. Obviously it would have been best to not have the issue occur, but we were all very impressed with the way our waiter went out of his way to make it right. Once we dug in, the food was fantastic. The pasta was creamy and al dente, though not particularly spicy. The Peruvian chicken, was char grilled and good enough that I'll want to return to have it again. I didn't have room for dessert, but the brûléed banana split is still calling my name. I'll be eager to visit again.

I was in Cleveland for a week for surgery and recovery, and we stopped by this spot twice for dinner -- once for dine-in and once for carryout. Our dine-in experience was pretty good! It was a busy evening, but we were seated within about 10 minutes. To start, we ordered the mac and cheese bites. They were decent -- not the best we've ever had, but they satisfied our appetite and got the meal started. For our main course, my mom and I both had the bacon cheeseburgers, and they were delicious. The burgers had that fresh-off-the-grill flavor, the toppings were crisp and fresh, and the patties were thick and juicy -- very filling! My stepdad ordered the boneless wings special and unfortunately wasn't a fan; he said they were a bit cold and soggy. The atmosphere inside was great, with plenty of TVs -- perfect if you want to catch a game. The menu was impressive too, offering a wide variety of options for everyone. Plus, our waitress was fantastic -- friendly and attentive. A couple of days later, after my surgery, we ordered carryout from here. The pickup process was quick and easy. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli -- and honestly, the broccoli was surprisingly good! Some of the best I've had from a restaurant. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious too -- I'd definitely order it again. My mom tried the Hanson mushroom burger this time and enjoyed it just as much as her previous burger, though she still wasn't a big fan of the mac and cheese. My stepdad got the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and was much happier with it compared to the wings from earlier in the week. I heard this place had opened up recently so I decided to stop in for a beer after work, and I'm really glad I did! They must have at least 30 different craft beers to choose from including one of my favorite beers, Peanut Butter Cup Coffee Porter by Willoughby Brewing Co. The have a huge selection of bourbon too, but that's not really my thing... Their menu was not what I was expecting from a bar and grill, with items like sauteed asparagus and a salmon BLT... I ended up ordering some crab cakes and a brisket sandwich, which turned out to be huge! The atmosphere seemed pretty casual. They have quite a few TVs and you can tell that they're brand new because they have a nice sharp picture, so this might be a good spot to catch a game. Welllll on the covid front the bartender was cleaning the bartop and partitions between each guest good. N oone cleaned the barstools or bar edge were guests were leaning, so bad. The outside tables were spaced well apart and paper menus, good. No one cleaned table tops, chairs, napkin dispenser or ketsup bottles between guests, so bad. Female bartender was on it. Rest of staff hard to find them. Our server was Dan and he was great (because the other servers were MIA so he stepped in and really really was great) Manger was a jerk and rude to guests. We came in and girl the name we don't know said we need to provide id we showed on the phone she said I have to call the manager , so where all the story starts . Woman named Whitney came in all sweating with dirty hairs , and said need physical id, we asked why she said because I said so , we like okay we went back home Lol , and got ids , after that we walked it and she said we don't wanna serve you lol!!!! We asked general manager , GM Mike reichart came in and asked what's going on, Whitney said we were rude and with the attitude. This is a great place to go. They have a really nice outdoor section which opens up during the summer with tvs. We've gone there a couple times where they were missing some pretty basic bar necessities but the bartenders were able to work around it. My friends and I go every month to get the glass of the month because we love being able to take the glass home with us. It's in sort of a dark area with nothing else around it but it's a safe area so no worries. read more

It's a cute little place right near the lake with white brick walls, a casual atmosphere, and phenomenal service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat right away. Our waitress truly went above and beyond for us, making our visit feel extra special!! Everything is so fresh here--they even make their own pretzels and sandwich bread from scratch! We shared a Soft Pretzel served with house-made brown butter cream cheese which was absolutely delicious. For mains, I got the Cheese Steak Dip and my husband got the Surf & Turf. Highly recommend checking them out!
