To name a few of the ones we've had the pleasure to spend the most time with: Elisabeth Gilead, Krysten Johnson, Katherine Douglass, and Tara Randolph. But, we've enjoyed our experience with each provider we've met with! We've also been to the Saturday clinic in Plymouth a couple times and appreciate the weekend hours and the providers were wonderful there too. Additionally, the clinic provides same day appointments for current patients when needed if your child is sick. This has been incredibly helpful and we feel supported and a priority to the clinic. After 12 years of being their loyal patient and even bringing my mom and kids there, I scheduled a wellness exam for my daughter with a first available medical doctor since we were overdue to wait for our primary doctor. The doctor was talking about allergies and other issues, even though I didn't ask him or want to go on and on about it and had to tell him multiple times that we know how to deal with that. Park Nicollet double charged me for a wellness and an office visit. After I tried to dispute this unfair charge, they turned me around. Very disappointed. Front desk staff is friendly and so helpful! Parking is abundant and there's a good drop off section in front of the doors for accessibility. Lots of seating inside to wait near specific doors for your doctor or in different department sections. There's also a gift shop & pharmacy, but I haven't used their services. My main decision in coming here is that it's a convenient location that holds my specialty needs and regular care needs. However, I'm not upset or disgruntled to have this be my healthcare home base.
