My review for delina is long overdue. I've been seeing her since November 2020 and absolutely love her. I was looking around various stylists and was committed to one for over a year before I found delina. She immediately knew what I was looking for upon my first visit and since then, all my refills have been done really well. I was impressed that she did a full set on me in less than an hour. Whenever I got my full set or refills with other artists, they were either always late with previous clients or took a long time so I could never plan for anything after my lash appts. Typically full sets seemed to have taken over two hours and more with other stylists but it just shows how experienced and skilled delina is. At least with delina, you'll get a consistent experience and timing of your appts. I appreciate that she's super flexible, responds to my texts and is amazing! She will chat with you if you want to chat during the appointment or she will let you rest. When one of my refills had my lashes falling out quicker than usual, delina had me come in and was able to fix for me. With the latest refill I got from her, I have been very impressed that's it's been 3 weeks and I haven't lost a lot. I even came back from hawaii being there from a week with lots of wind, hiking, beach, rain and yet my lashes still were in tact for the condition I put them through. I highly recommend delina. I get that there might not be hair there but I have never not gotten it done . Delina is amazing! I made a last min decision to get lashes done for my wedding in Feb. It was my 1st time getting lashes done and Delina made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Got my lashes done a few months ago and after a week the lashes had completely fallen off one eye and I was really upset considering I paid over 200$ so I tried to unlock the "FREE REFILL" on this page but apparently it's only free if you refer a friend and they book an appointment and put a down deposit. Mind you I didn't have to put a down deposit for my appointment so that was just really weird. She said it was a new policy but i just feel considering she's a professional she should figure that stuff out a long time ago so she can keep things CONSISTENT. Another thing was I messaged her on yelp asking how much the lashes would be and she said 160$ so I was like cool! And I get 20% off being a new client so I was pretty excited about that. Turns out that was already with the discount included? I wish she would've worded differently like "160$ after the 20% off!" I'll post a picture down below of the conversation so you can see how I was confused. Anyways so after going back and fourth over text about the free refill because I just wanted to get my lashes fixed she finally calls me and tells me to just come in and she will fix them. I come in 5 minutes early to the appointment and she told me to wait outside her door so I did and she was 10 minutes late when she finally arrived she said hi and I kid you not the WHOLE appointment was so awkward she was clearly really upset because she made Zero eye contact and wasn't friendly at all probably said a total of 7 words to me only because I talked to her first asking if I could wear one of her mask because I got really sick the night before and didn't want her to get sick. She was Super passive aggressive being really messy my eyes kept burning from the glue, she answered a phone call (that wasn't too big of a deal but still) didn't even try talking to me when I tried talking to her and when she finished she didn't say anything just got up and went on her phone and when I tried to open my eyes they were GLUED SHUT ON MY CORNERS I was like uhhh I can't open my eyes so she fixed that. Then goes back on her phone and I continue to tell her my eyes hurt and they won't stop watering so she passed me the fan and I just laid there holding it forever. It was just a really uncomfortable situation. When I was done with the fan I passed it to her STILL NO EYE CONTACT and at this point she's looking through her drawers and I'm still laying on the table not sure what to do so then I ask her "am I good ? Are you done" she just said yeah so I was just thinking to myself like okay you could've said that so I could leave. I tried asking for her cash app so I could tip her at least but she just said with attitude "you don't owe me anything girl" Like I'm sorry you messed up by using crappy glue the first time but you don't need to be so passive aggressive with ME, your client. I went to put on my shoes and said thank you and she said no problem still not even looking at me. Then let myself out the door. The final cherry on top of my overall experience was when I got in the car to look at them since she didn't give me a mirror to look at them inside was they were pretty BUT I kid you not they were hard as a rock other than the tips she literally put sooo much glue on the lashes that they were HARD it was really uncomfortable for a few weeks because it was like having toothpicks for eyelashes. She was just super passive aggressive that she had to fix my eyelashes since they fallen off the first time that she over did it on the glue. My eyes were glued shut when she finished and then when I left my eye lashes were hard. Not soft light and fluffy like they should've been. Some main points to know without reading all of that: 1. Lashes fell off within a week of getting them 2. The "check in to receive a free refill" isn't real. 3. Wasn't clear about her price. 4. Went to get them fixed and she was really rude and made me uncomfortable because she didn't want to fix them. 5. The "fixed" lashes were really hard because she over did it with the glue, couldn't even open my eyes when she finished. She had to cut them so I'd be able to open my eyes. Final product looked good but didn't feel good felt like toothpicks on my eyes for a few weeks. On a good note at least these ones didn't fall off in the first week. They actually stayed on for practically 2 months! But I lost more than half my natural lashes read more

I was looking for and trying lots of places, as I am super picky. I was so happy to finally find Delina. After a couple of times she did my lashes, it was obvious there is no one better than her. She is super professional. Lashes last for 2-3 weeks and she doesn't charge extra for refill even after 3 weeks. I love mega volume (see picture) set. As a client I'd much rather we reschedule than having you rush and yank my lashes while you try to remove my falsies. 3. We're in a pandemic as a client I'd like to see that businesses do they're best to keep clients safe. You had me lay on a blanket and towel which I was not even sure if another client was just laying on right before me. Also, please sanitize your hands before touching clients' eyes or face. 4. Because you had to rush, I left with glue still on my real lashes and strands of falsies still stuck on my lashes. I'm not sure if you skipped a step or not but I've gotten my lashes removed many times before and a good soap clean up after the service would be nice to ensure all glue residue are off. When it comes to lashes, Delina is my girl! Before seeing Delina, I used have my lashes done elsewhere but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling the shape and they just didn't feel right for me so I stopped getting them done for a while. A few months ago I decided to find someone new and I came across Delina's Instagram page. I was instantly drawn to her hybrid wispy posts. My experience for starters, Delina is very quick to responding and always gets me into her schedule when I give her a specific timeframe. I have naturally long lashes. I wanted to do the Hybrid Wispy Full Set and she recommended .15mm in length. I was amazed as to how clean and beautiful they turned out and I am still amazed every time I get them done. My lashes last about 3-3 1/2 weeks and that's considering my lashes grow fast. She's gentle and patient with your lashes but gets them done in a timely manner. The lashes themselves are great quality and I get complimented always! Her sense of skill is at a whole other level. Something I couldn't say for other lash artists I've dealt with in the past. I've also had my lashes done before traveling and they would last the entire trip. Made it through Disneyland, DCA, and SoCal overall the last couple weeks. Keep in mind I also cleanse my face on the daily and maintain my lashes nicely. Lashes may fall off due to lack of care which is something to keep in mind. Delina does her best to care for her clients if they need fills or for an emergency, just simply reach out. Lash extensions are high maintenance so as long as you know how to care for them properly you will be good. Delina is a talented and kind-hearted person. I don't often write reviews but I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with Delina's work! I have EXTREMELY thin lashes and have had many lash artists not be able to provide a full enough look because of it (and they often complain). Delina had no problem making my lashes more than full and beautiful. Not only that, they last a VERY long time. I typically get fills every two weeks with other artists. With Delina, I returned for a fill a month later and even then I still had a good amount left. I'm a workaholic so I forget to eat sometimes and this last appt I went in with an empty stomach and she offered me snacks. I also talk a lot and fast and she always listens all the while focusing.
