The people starting with the…read moreowner whose name is Scott I believe, then there's Hector who might be the manager, Tammy who's the pharmacist or one of the pharmacist there's lots of gals in the front named Angie Lena and several others who are all very friendly and familiar with their regular patients. They deliver same day, they're able to listen and make accommodations. There's always parking and easy access in and out of the store. I'm also disabled, and amputee with one leg, and I ride in a wheelchair and they're always there to greet me open and close the doors behind me and I've never had a problem. I appreciate them I've been using them for well over 15 years and will continue as long as I'm living anywhere near them. Since I was in the area, I only came here to see if they had a particular brand of bug spray in stock. As I entered through the garden section, I asked a male employee who was standing by the door if the bug spray was in this area. He shook his head no. I assumed he didn't understand what I was asking for. It didn't matter, I spotted some Raid on the shelf near the pottery. I eventually found the brand I looking for which was on clearance. I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Was out of that store in minutes. I'm not sure when I will return. Decent customer service was a bit difficult to get at this location.

If I have to go to Walmart, I choose this location over the one in north Miami, however, there's a…read moresliver of a difference. Yes, there are some times you can go where lines aren't as bad but the parking is terrible although better than North Miami. Hard to find a spot and usually carts left in parking lot and no carts in store. The lines aren't very long, I've been here before, with 2-3 registers open and a line nearly half way back through the store so appear to have staffing issues. As of recently, it also seems like there's a whole section of women's clothing missing. I came across sportswear, bathing suits, and plus sized but maybe that's all Walmarts as it's maybe a biannual trip for me. I'd say it's worth a trip here over the mess and crowd in north Miami but also worth driving further west to go if you need to.

I can't be out here hyping every business up when that's not the reality. On 12/18 I had to come to this Walgreens for passport pictures. There was a woman working the picture area and I asked her politely TWICE "hello ma'am, is this where I take my passport pics?" She was doing something but she heard me, didn't even look at me or say "I'll be right with you". I went to the kiosk and started pressing passport option (I had no idea what I was doing to be honest) and this it asked for an employees ID number so I ask "hello? Can I please have your id number?" This lady still looking down (not looking at me ONCE) states her ID number. At this point I was pissed because she really was just ignoring me. After adding the info, I realized I really couldn't have the option to do the pics on my own. I could only upload images. I had to wait for one of the rudest employees I've come across in a while to be done ignoring me..now also others. While standing right in front of her and her back no longer turned, I ask again "are you able to help me with my passport pics??" Her: "yes I'll be right with you" FINALLY I replied "I've asked you 3 times and you've ignored me" as another customer says "welcome to Florida" I was on the verge of boiling. I kept it together and she changed her entire demeanor after I said that. But not before she gossiped with another co-worker while checking me out. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient Walgreens on my drive however it is by FAR not the best at all. I hope the manager and staff are re-trained on customer service. One could never say I'm the rude customer. She was downright wrong and knew it.

BUT It's in such a terrible strip mall, surrounded by vehicular circulation and parking despite it being in the walkable, multi-modal, beautiful downtown Hollywood, that results in an awful experiential approach no matter how you come. Add on top the consistently subpar client experience, this place should be torn down and allow Hollywood Blvd to properly join the circle - and reduce the vehicular dominance of the site, and allow for better neighborhood-focused- and unionized-workplaces and community services. If I never have to visit this place again, I'd have a better life.
