Every time I walk in I'm greeted, asked if I need assistance as I walk around the store, and typically find what I'm looking for if not suggested to go with something else by an associate. Check out lines are normally not long or back up. I don't think I've met one cashier that hasn't held a conversation with me. They have baggers expediting grocery bagging. They have a lot of parking and are located in the newer Elevate Navarre development. Location is also good for trip linking as it's close to Publix and near the Navarre Beach bridge.

I've never had more helpful grocery store staff or better interactions with employees at my local grocer. It's been such a pleasure. They make eye Contact. They greet me and they always ask if I checked my eggs. It's just such a night and day difference in Florida from California in such a wonderful way. I really like the store. I am blown away with all the things they carry as illustrated in my photos. Such a surprise to see pet items, such as flea medicine, glass Tupperware, and air filters. They also have small appliances like Insta pots! and I love their Bogo section right at the front of the store. They always have great deals there and introduce me to new, often high sugar goods, lol. The they carry boars head meat which is a favorite of mine and I really enjoy it. They also have sushi. In the front they have three station trash bins one for paper, one for recycling, one for trash which I also appreciate and there's an ATM located next to the entry. They even have a pharmacy! One of the worst retail service experiences I've had in a long time…read more Total Wine clearly prides itself on having endless shelves, but apparently not enough staff who care to help customers. I stood on the sales floor for **a full ten minutes**--not browsing, not wandering--clearly waiting for assistance. Multiple employees walked right past me, made eye contact, and still didn't bother to ask if I needed help. This wasn't a busy rush. This wasn't understaffed chaos. This was pure indifference. When you're selling products that customers often *need guidance on*, ignoring them is unacceptable. The attitude here felt like: *figure it out yourself or don't bother us.* If I wanted to be treated like an inconvenience, I'd shop online--at least then I wouldn't be actively ignored in person. For a store that markets itself as knowledgeable and customer-focused, the service was shockingly poor. Ten minutes of standing there with no acknowledgment is not just bad service--it's disrespectful. I won't be wasting my time here again when there are plenty of places that actually value their customers.

If you buy 5 fifths of liquor or larger like 1/2 gallons whatever mix/match you get 10% off that also. What a deal right? WOWZA. Also they carry the tiny baby bottles of fireball cold. lol Hubby loves the cold fireball on the beach. This is also the closest liquor store to Johnson Beach. Our favorite liquor store.
