I had a signature pedicure here yesterday! They did a fabulous job. The service was excellent. The whole thing was very good and they were very careful and professional. For three pedicures, two getting gel polish, the total was $140. I am very happy with mine and so were my friends. The atmosphere is nice and it is clean, it smells great inside the building. I got a mani pedi at Winn Nail Spa. The whole pedi experience was so relaxing- massage chair, foot scrub, free soda. The staff are helpful and friendly. My French gel manicure was gorgeous, but it started chipping in less than a week from when I got it. Within two weeks all but a few gel nails had peeled off. It's not like I have a lifestyle where I do a lot of intensive work with my hands. This should have lasted longer like they have when I've gotten them from other places. read more

Great experience for my first time in. Friendly staff. Walking in the request all patrons wash hands or use hand sanitizer. I only had to wait a minute to be seen for my dip service. Cathy was my nail tech. Extremely nice. She had great attention to detail and I was in and out within 35 minutes. Wow!!! Only thing I noticed was she didn't ask if I wanted my nails to be cut (which is more than fine because I didn't want them cut). Just something I noticed. We had great conversation. My first nail place seemed like a good one on the first visit but the second one was filled with drama and my nails lasted a week. Winn was my second attempt to find a nail salon and I think I found a keeper. There is a minor gotcha- I do liquid gel nails which do not seem popular here so they only have one person who does that. She does a great massage on my legs and I mean massage not just rubbing the lotion into your skin. She takes her time on each leg and foot. So o give this place a 3 star because it's definitely a competition place setting to my opinion. I get there as I had a scheduled appointment and I had sat in the chair with the woman who was going to do them and it was this whole issue after she sat me down next to someone else and they were fighting about who was there first and that one should move. I mean who does that in front of customers. I really felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Because of covid they have space seating so I understood but then something should've been done before sitting two customers down side by side instead of waiting to argue about it when we both were at the chairs. I had to ask the tech to clean out the underside of my nails several times and had to do more when I got home. Nails are different length. Beautiful location! Beautiful indoor atmosphere, beautiful salon layout... I called ahead to ask for availability for the same day, the gentleman that answered the phone for the front desk was super kind and courteous. I was very pleased with scheduling an appointment with him. Prior to the appointment time, I did receive an automated text message to confirm appointment, which I love as reminders. Upon arriving, there was parking right in front and I walked in to be warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I was grateful to know mask wasn't required, it's been a little over a year since I had a professional pedicure and I truly wanted to just live fully in the experience freely without any restrictions. I was kindly asked to wash my hands prior to being serviced, which was totally fine because I had to use the bathroom anyway and I prefer washing my hands instead of hand sanitizer. After I finished in the beautiful clean bathroom, I returned to the front and was seated immediately to begin my pedicure service. I did bring my own nail polish because I have healthy non-toxic vegan nail polish I prefer to use. I didn't catch the name of who did my pedicure but she was so kind, funny and gentle. I felt very comfortable and accommodated. Very pleased with my results and service. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends and family. read more

Was super excited about this spot! However it was quite disappointing. The selection of nail polish is extraordinary, I will give them that but everything else fell very short of what I am used to. I got a gel manicure. Firstly, the lady cut me while she was filing my nails. Secondly, the whole experience was very abrasive and lastly, the next day one of my nails split. Usually a gel manicure lasts about 2 1/2 weeks for me with OPI; this one lasted one day. :-( read more

I asked for a manicure, I specifically wanted one and I had mentioned it 3 times even when I was checking in. She asked if I wanted gel or regular and I told her I would like powder dip. I sat down and picked out my color, I had a whole conversation about a manicure with the gentleman that was actually doing my nails and he told me he would dip them first and then clean up my nails because if he was to cut me then it would contaminate the powder and they can't have that. I was confused but I said okay do whatever you need to do. Then I picked a color and I thought it would be bright pink and it turns out that it's not bright pink and then he mentioned sometimes powders don't turn out the way that they're supposed to be. I have nail polish all over my fingers, my skin is sticking to my nails, he asked me what shape I wanted and they are still round when I asked for square, I still have dirt underneath my nails. I was in and out in under 40 minutes and that's including eye brow wax and checking out. Then during check out they only charged me for a cuticle cut. This is why I never made the drive after I moved out of Melbourne to come back because I feel that they're not worth it but I decided to give them one more chance and my nails look like crap. read more
