The salon overall is bright and beautiful. The person who checked us in was friendly. My daughter was in the car in the last ten minutes of a test she needed to finish up and the woman who was to do her pedicure was obviously upset about this and had a lot of back and forth conversation with the receptionist. What was most upsetting/irritating was in regards to the mani pedi for my 11 year old son. He wanted color like the rest of us, which I had no problem with. They're nails, for goodness sake. Three of the female techs kept insisting that he did not want/need color, that the color was not right for him, SURELY he did not want color. They proceeded to laugh loudly and speak in another language. It didn't change my son's decision, as we had a talk about people's reactions about his choice ahead of time, but that didn't make it any less frustrating. Their reaction was completely unprofessional. My older daughter had a great time and conversation with the man who did her acrylic nails. The man who did my nails was nice, too - he was not talkative, which I happened to like. The equipment he used for my gel nails was obviously old and they had to switch it out with another that was equally as old. Overall, our experience was just ok. The little ones' nails were chipping within a few days and my gel nails started to crack and peel after a week. 3/5 stars - we wouldn't go out of our way to return with as many other nail places as there are. read more

Go somewhere else, if you can. I had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany. Not only she is very average nail specialist, to say the least, she is rude too. I don't think you can do a good job with a 20- min pedicure. When I ask her to clean my feet a little more, she was obviously upset talking to the lady next to her in her native tongue with a very unhappy face. The lady doing pedicure did not do a good job and after having her paint and fix my nails for the 3rd time I gave up and left how I was. Although they are friendly and seemed some what decently with cleanliness, I walked out of the salon with a worse pedicure than I did walk in. There is also still paint all around my nails and missing in other spots. Pretty sloppy and unimpressed for the price being a $30 pedicure. Beautiful, NEW salon! The white floors and interior show the cleanliness of this salon that has been open for approximately 4 months. It is big, gorgeous and CLEAN! Shai did my healthy nail service and he did a beautiful job, Sincerely, he was great!! The cost was $40 for a healthy nail fill (Dip Powder) which is the same cost as a new full set. Typically the cost for a healthy fill is $32 tops at other salons. The receptionist explained it is like a new full set because we get all the old powder off, but my experience has been every salon takes off the old powder regardless of your color selection and starts with the bare nail. Being I was a new & first time customer they gave me 20% off so that helped with the extra $10 +I hadn't planned on spending. Usually I never have a problem with this place I love it here it's very pretty inside and everyone is really sweet but the most recent time that I want I was getting my nails done by this guy don't remember what his name was and in the middle of doing my nails a girl started doing my nails and they switched because they were closing so he needed to clean I'm guessing because he pulled out a mop and started mopping then towards the end of my nails I realized that one of them were completely crooked and facing One Direction so I kindly told the lady that was crooked she got a big attitude and told me that I should've said something sooner but I didn't realize it until I looked at my nails when they were done I also have only had my nails done for four days and I've already had one nail pop off in conclusion I love this place but I don't recommend going around 530 to close because they rush not sure if I will return read more
