Ed's Auto Repair and Towing agreed to evaluate the wheels and found the brakes were completely destroyed due to subpar electrical work from the manufacturer of the travel travel trailer. Ed, Steve and everyone else were very helpful and informative on the cuase and repairs of the brake failure. They got us back on the road the same day. After arriving at 5 on a Friday they were clearly still busy and had no problem waiting since they were up front about it. The repair was completed free of charge because I had purchased my tires from another Kost location and I was on my way. (Aside: This is something all business owners should take note of. If something is going to take some time and cause a customer to have to wait, just tell them. Don't try to hide it, don't make excuses and don't pretend you didn't know it was going to take time. Most of us are willing to wait for anything as long as you make it clear up front. If we aren't willing to wait, we'll just leave and go elsewhere. If you don't tell us and we have to wait, we won't come back.)

I recently purchased a car in NJ, received the PA plates and needed to have a PA inspection done. I was told they would be able to be fit in. I was there almost 5 hours and finally left and went across the street and had the inspection done in 20 minutes. Sadly, I think that was my last time at KOST.
