Really liked them before the location change. Dr. Beni was very helpful and even helped me get dental coverage for some things that weren't covered. This was all before and during the pandemic especially. I have a good amount of dental issues, the most recent being a cracked molar but I seriously cannot believe after a full mouth x-ray he quoted me $14,000 in work. I will not be returning and will never recommend anyone to go to him. On top of all that, I felt especially targeted because I walked in to him being served some worker's comp papers for some absurd amount. Horrible experience here!!!!! I moved to San Jose and have to come out here every month for my ortho appointment and every time I come there is confusions with my appointment! This office is very unorganized and already 4 times I was asked to pay for something that I was told was included in the price, no one knows what is going on here and I was even talked to rudely a few times by one of the ladies sitting in the front. After a long time of patience and trying to understand I am FED UP!!!! Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE! Waste of sooo much time and money that I will never get back. I love coming here the staff is so sweet and kind. I came in for a cleaning and the staff is super supportive and attentive. Going to the dentist is always very nerve wrecking but Dr. Nabizadeh and his assistants were there to talk me through it. My mom also came in for veneers and she is very happy with her results. I am not sure if the people in the office here know that they have to wear surgical masks at all times due to Covid-19. I find it stressful to sit there seeing that the dentist assistants pull their masks off to talk to patients who have no mask on. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. The dentist was rude, barely spoke english and just genuinely didn't seem to care about his patients. I came in for a wisdom extraction I made an appt by phone, however when I got there he tried to nearly scare me out of doing it unless of course I spent double the money necessary and being that I didn't want to do the extra work he was trying to sell me he got his car keys in his hand, turned off all the lights and proceeded to go home. The receptionist on the phone said he could do the extraction same day as my x-Ray but there must have been miscommunication between them because he said no. Couple months ago I went for a check up to his office and then he just check my teeths and he said I had 16 cavities and then I told him to show me and I said to my self there is no way i have 16 cavities so I go to my old dentist and he said I had only 2 I did not have 16 cavities. Horrible service. They have called me telling me to go in at a certain time and when I arrive can't help me because the doctors aren't there and a big miscommunication among workers. Big waste of time and gas. This has happened several times. Not only that but they don't put in your braces right. Two brackets came off after just two hours of wearing them. Multiple brackets have came off when I was very careful eating nothing but soup for days. Would never recommend going there to anyone. read more

I would never go to this office again. I should have known better by the seedy building he's in. I went in to have some bonding done, using my yelp discount. The price suddenly changed ( making discount basically void). They wanted to do x rays which I said I didn't need, I'm here strictly for a bonding repair. Then he said I needed all this work done on my teeth. Not true! I am under regular dental care and this was a shady money grab. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Benny because he doesn't do what he actually says. I was disappointed when i got my braces done here.He didn't do a good job at all!! I had to go somewhere else and spend more money to get them redone... I also got had a friend go here to get her teeth filled but he did a terrible job and she had to get them refilled somewhere else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!! I am so happy with Dr. Benny. My family and I have been coming to him for years now, and he is always so patient and professional--and excellent in his work! I love how good and clean (and whiter) my teeth feel after our visits. I come here before any celebration (wedding, bar mitzvah, etc) and I recently came right before my engagement party to have my teeth cleaned! Dr. Benny took such good care of me and I was so happy---as a gift, he even fixed my central incisor, which was chipped from several years ago! terrible service, came for retainers and ask if they could tightening them but Dr. Benny said he couldn't do them after i already paid $180 for them. I asked previously before if they could tighten them and adjust them in order to align my teeth again and he said he could. But when the retainers came in he changed what he said previously and said he couldn't. He tried to talk me into getting a different type of service to straighten my teeth were clearly straight, All i wanted was to get my retainers tighten because i didn't wear them for about 2 weeks because i had to wait for the new ones i ordered to come in. Seems like a guy that doesn't want to help his customers and just wants them to pay more money to do other services. He will be nice at first so you can pay for the service but afterwards he won't really care. He will act like he can't fix the problem and will say i can't do it because of so and so and explain his excuses. I recommend going to a better dentist that's honest and will provide you with better service. I've have braces for 2 years and my teeth are straight if anyone was wondering. read more

Dr. Benny is a world of difference. I was having tooth sensitivity in a broken filling tooth. He told me I may need a root canal with a crown but since the pain and sensitivity may have been from the exposure, he tried a temporary crown to see how I would do before deciding on the root canal. It ended up being I didn't need a root canal after all and now I've been pain free for 2 months with a new permanent crown without having to go through a root canal and the added cost. Most dentists would have probably just done the root canal to start. I love this guy. Honest as can be. To add to that, NO PAIN during the procedure. He patiently waited for the numbing medicine to kick in and made sure I'm comfortable the whole time. It is so hard to find an honest dentist these days. I have probably had 7 different ones over the last 15 years and every time I would go in there would be that dread that they would pile on a few extra hundred dollars worth of "recommended" services. I couldn't trust whether I really needed the stuff they said or if they were just trying to make money. Made me feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman half the time. Dr. Benny is a wonderful human being and I will never go to anyone else. read more
