Ready in about 6 minutes, it was ok. I'm a pizza guy, so I have a different set of rules than the family pizza eater. NJ is where I grew up eating pizza (as well as great bagels). A good pie is good even with no meat and no vegetables. Most don't get that. This was a "gluten free" crust. Had I seen that when I came in, I'd have gone somewhere else. Cracker like crust on my pizza is not my idea of good pizza. The crust was thin, and almost crunchy. It honestly resembled the Pizza Hut thin crust pizza. That is, except for the price. Pizza Hut would have been less than 1/2.

I went with the chicken wings, I'm a bit of a chicken wing enthusiast and the wings were fantastic not too spicy, just perfect. I also had the chicken Alfredo and a Greek salad. Alfredo is definitely americanized but still really good and the Greek salad was huge even the small size. Overall, I was super happy with the meal the staff the food all of it period. Even with the wait the food was still delivered in a piecemeal fashion. It would have been nice if the restaurant had done something to acknowledge our inconvenience. I also ordered a quiche with spinach, feta and tomato with farm fresh egg. This item was a bit more substantial compared to other items and was served with fresh tomato, but could have used a salsa. I didn't get a photo of this item. I was a bit blown away about the price point of these items because I spent nearly $35 for brunch and left still hungry.
