The second time, last week, the male employee (different person) looked so harried that he threw a stack of paper strips at me and said "whatever I'm having a weird day" because he wasn't supposed to do that but there were at least 4 other people in the shop. I don't dress to the nines when I've gone there, and I don't feel I should have to in order to be treated with respect. I don't plan on returning because I can buy the same products online.
