Had my boat done about three years ago. Also had my cover cut to fit by these guys. They did not cut the cover right and I took it back. I could not tie it down as it would not tighten and left a pond after each rain. I tried to take it back and Carlos was tough to deal with. He would not admit there was a mistake and I would have to bring the boat back in. All the cover needed was the cuts on each side extended about four inches and sewn up to allow for the tower. I had to go out of town For work on a three year site. I would empty the cover and move it around every now and then but jsut gave up. So now the inside is destroyed, the cover is destroyed ($1800), and the seats are destroyed ($4000). It's funny though, I had them covered most of the time except the very back and you can see in the pic the seam has given way already. Looked good when new. They are nice until there is an issue. I did try and get it fixed right away and there was an issue with getting it in and then I left for the job site. read more

Very disappointed - Carlos fitted new foam in two front seats of MX6 and great at first but after 7 months they were worse than before the work. Called Carlos and explained and he said the work was only guaranteed for 3 months and would only help if I paid the same initial amount. Having found receipt it states 6 months. Carlos said that he could not help as he had to make money even though it seems obvious he used the wrong material. Would not even offer a discount. Cut off my phone call while discussing. A few days ago, after searching the various possibilities, I decided to take my recently-purchased '04 Chevy Silverado to "Winter Gardens Auto Upholstery" shop, owned and operated by Carlos. The driver's side seat was in need of repair, of which Carlos suggested we upgrade both seats, and gave me a reasonable price to do the job. We decided on a plan of action and Carlos ordered the needed supplies. They were finished in one day. The seats look and feel great, even beyond my expectations (and I can be a bit finicky at times). My wife even complimented on how comfy they felt. In fact, I've had numerous compliments, for which I directed them to Carlos' shop.
