    STEER CLEAR, you have been warned! We have a classic car that we brought here to have the carpet on the transmission tunnel replaced. The carpet installation was horrific!!! I don't how how they were not embarrassed by the quality of their work. shoddy, unprofessional, absolutely no common sense. C'mon If the piece doesn't fit, don't use it. Quality of work so bad that we have to take the car another shop to spend $$$ to fix what they f'd up

    Another great recommendation, and passing it along. Brought in some interior parts for refinishing. A pair of bucket seats, and original, but not matching stock rear benches. The benches are probably about 40ish years old and have probably made it through a previous restoration or two. I asked them to refurbish the frames and reupholster. I really didn't have too much vision on what I wanted, something simple with a pattern reminiscent of the vintage. Junior was super helpful, showed me some samples and we talked through some ideas on how to tie the interior together. The workmanship in my photos says enough... Delivered on time as projected, and really happy with the work. I would definitely recommend this place to friends in need... See my photos for the before and afters...

    I had a slow leak in one of my tires after a long trip in Baja. It was a cut on the sidewall, most likely from a sharp rock. Most shops will not repair tires with damage to the sidewall. But they helped me out and patched the hole for $20, and it took them less than 20 minutes. Super fast and friendly service at a very fair price.

    Our twelve year old SUV is dearly loved by us and we hope to keep it for many, many more years. The seat was separating at the seam on the driver's side from every day use. Lindy's replaced the leather and foam just where it was needed and it looks AMAZING. We worked with Junior and we could not be happier. Their prices were more than reasonable. We would have paid more for the quality of work they completed. As a bonus, they are so conveniently located, we were able to walk back up to pick our car up. Could not recommend more!

    Yesterday, on July 3, 2026 on Friday was my first time visiting this O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store…read more I told Allan their manager that I accidentally broke a piece off of my car's Rear Tail Light when I backed up my car where I am currently living now into these 3 Pine Trees with their hard trunk. The time was one day in the evening when I heard a crunching noise . When I got out of my Red Honda Civic Spirts Coupe, I saw that my rear back end Tail Light has chipped off but the light bulb that is enclosed inside this Rear Tail Lights is still working when I use my turn signal for making right or left hand turns . Allan their manager was very friendly, experienced and very helpful to me in finding this Lens Lite Repair Tape. I own a Milano Red Car so this Red Lens Lite Repair Tape is the perfect color to match my Rear Tail Light in my car. I asked Allan their manager where the LENS LITE REPAIR RED TAPE is located at? Allan their O'Reilly Auto Parts Store Manager went to Aisle Number 1 to get this Lens Lite Repair Tape in the Red Color.

Tony lent me a tool needed to replace my car battery and even came out as I was fumbling with the battery and offered his help. To add to how customer service oriented he was he even replaced my car headlight. He exemplified patience, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

After being on hold for over 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call again as I felt like I was forgotten about. Someone answered and immediately asked how they could help me instead of placing me on hold...I simply said I was on hold for over 15 minutes and believe you forgot about me. He continued to make excuses about being very busy instead of owning up to the error and admitting I was forgotten about as he was able to assist me on the spot with my second call. I said its okay to admit you simply forgot...he said "NO, I am not playing this game" and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to speak with the manager and the guy that hung up on me claimed to be the manager, "Steven." I questioned him on how he handled things and he got even more defensive and told me to call Corp if I have a problem and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! I am still in shock a manager would act so unprofessional and act such a way. Well, I took Steven's advice and contacted Corporate with a complaint. Hopefully they will be reaching out to STEVEN for some proper customer service training asap

    Brett is very disrespectful puts his hands up at customers when they are actually nice letting them…read moreknow they dropped the ball Now how they dropped the ball , we call to ask at 2:33 if the car is ready , we dropped it off at 9 am... the guy Brett states that he's the only one there managing everything and that he FORGOT to send the text , we get there and there's 2 other techs and then him in the office... I let him know someone said they are the only one here then he says that was him and I told him not gonna yell at you or nothing I'm calm just stating the shop was responsible to letting the customer know the car is ready he raises his hand , shakes his head and doesn't wanna hear a calm customer let him know he dropped the ball when the car was dropped off more 6 hours prior for an OIL Change !!!! That's insane and he doesn't wanna hear it. There was a white Mercedes that came after and their car is gone as you can see in the parking lot video down below!!

    Huge improvement over the Pep Boys that used to occupy this building…read more Brand new store. It's clean, well-stocked, and nicely organized. Stopped by this past weekend to get a new license plate bracket for my car. My old one had some issues with the bolt holes. Memo helped me locate a new bracket and then figured out what screw combinations would work best. He really took a good amount of time and effort to get me set up correctly. Upon getting home and putting it all together, it looked and (most importantly) fit securely and neatly. Thanks Memo for your help and great customer service!
